If you happen to have received a shared video from me on YouTube today, then you KNOW what made ME laugh, lol.
What a bizarre coincidence, it's like Bert and Ernie from SST Vs. Bert and Ernie from It's a Wonderful Life.
Does that not prove that the block format does, indeed, work? Older fans may not like it since it's not what they grew up with, but we have to remember, the show's not for us, it's for the kids, and if it works with the kids, then that's all there is to it.
I still disagree, I feel the block format can work, if perhaps they tweak it a little bit; it all goes back to predictability, which is what kids like, after a while, the original magazine format wouldn't work anymore anyway, kids would start losing interesting because the story keeps being...
I just happened to be going through my videos on YouTube, and one of my private videos... ONE of my PRIVATE videos apparently has a copyright claim on it... that's really scary, apparently we have no real privacy on YT (well, I kind of already knew that), if a copyright claim can be placed on a...
From what I understand, John Walsh IS TRYING to shop the show to other networks/distributors, etc, so who knows, MAYBE it may come back.
IThere was an article in our paper saying thatthe show was canceled and then rescued once before (sometime in the 90s I believe), maybe it can happen again.
I'll tell ya what show just got canceled that didn't need to be: America's Most Wanted. And you know WHY it got canceled? Thepresident of Fox Network is basically sayings, "Oh, we weren't making enough money off this show, so we're cutting it loose, and telling John Walsh, screw you buddy." This...
Climate change is the result of Global Warming, and again, all these tornadoes, floods, wildfires, etc we've been seeing this year? In the next thirty years, all that will be normal for us, and if that's going to be the new "normal", I'd hate to see what the new "extreme" is going to be like.
Well, I certainly hope all you people who are always constantly whining and crying about how cold weather ruins your fragile existence, and turns your delicate lives upside down are happy: the news has reported that Global Warming is finally starting to show it's face with these recent excessive...
I've been meaning to ask for the longest time... what's everybody's favorite title card sequence? Personally, my favorite's the swimming one. I also kind of like the one that seemed to be used exclusively during Season One, where Arthur's suddenly drenched by the rain, and digs for an umbrella.
*Heads up to Michigan Friday*
Lately, I've been cranking out the pictures I took this past winter of all the snow and ice we've had, which was highly unusual for us.
OOOOOOOOH, did he go into the Mind **** again?
Anyshoe, I have to do a little bit of bragging here: one of our beloved former MC members has a small part in TGWTG's new radio drama, but for privacy reasons, I won't name the project, or reveal the identity of said member... you'll just have to...
Weather's been a crock this year... over here, by Valentine's Day, spring had already sprung... it was like skipping half of February and jumping straight into the middle of March. Even weirder was those couple of days in late May where it suddenly dropped down to the 40s and 50s.
Not to...
Season One of Green Acres was released in late 2004, Season Two was released in early 2005, and Three in late 2005... that's it, the other three seasons have yet to be released.
The first two seasons of Leave It To Beaver were released sometime in 2007, and then they released an entire series...
The humidity has been down a bit for the past few days, which HAS helped with the heat situation, but the humidity's back up now, so it's gottea bit more insufferable lately; I recently got a spray bottle with cold water, I've been having to spray myself down a lot today.
