This is scary mr3urious, because I was thinking about a thread like this just the other night...
As far as TV shows go, why is it whenever a series does a retrospective or a clip show or something, they almost always use "Shake Your Groove Thang" for a music montage?
I've also noticed that...
The gray bar stopped moving like three months ago or so, yet somehow, the video would still load/play... I really don't know what that's all about, but the only problems I have with playing the videos are rather rare occurences, like the other day for example, where for some reason, the video...
I pretty much know that Jim wanted the Muppets to seem as lifelike and believable as possible, hence why although we rarely see them below the waist, whenever they would walk across the scene or anything, we would hear footsteps, though it seems like to me, that may have been a little too much...
Apparently it just switched back to the previous homepage design again...
But I see another flaw with the newer design now that it's switched back: the new design doesn't let you know you have new comments, so you really don't even know unless you just happen to check your inbox.
What's your operating system? If you're using XP, there's a little drop-down menu next to the recording levels where you can select the source you want to record from (computer's speakers, or external mic), otherwise, like if you're using 7, then you have to go to control panel, sound, and set...
Which is rather odd, considering that there's an unwritten rule of sorts that says all new television series HAVE to include at least ONE ethnic character as part of the regular cast. What's-his-name from Parks and Recreation is a big example of this (sorry, don't watch most of modern TV, so I'm...
Gee whiz... I was kind of hoping this would be another one of those things where once you clean your cache and cookies for the night, and log back on the next morning, everything would be back to abnormal, but it looks like this time, it's a completely permanent change. Like I said, the layout...
I didn't really have the best of hearing in the world as a kid (up until I have my tonsils and hardened earwax build-up removed), so there were a lot of words or phrases that I constantly misheard, some of the ones I can actually remember are:
* "Chicken Box" instead of "Chicken Pox" (there...
How many Baldwin brothers are there? I know there's Alec (the tempermental one), Stephen (the goody-two-shoes one), Daniel (the trouble-making one)... seems like there's others as well, but I can't think of them at the moment.
Unfortunately, there's always going to be some trolls out there who will keep the Veggie Monster rumor alive, that's how it's still been going around, even after all these years.
I'm not a very good sleeper, so I pretty much wake up after almost any dream I have anyway... the only way I KNOW I'm dreaming in the dream are those very rare occasions (I think they've only happened about three times in my life) where I was in a twilight sleep, or as some people in this thread...
I take it that whatever rules TV Tropes has aren't exactly strictly enforced or anything... I've noticed they have a rule to not post anything in the first person, yet I see a LOT of entries scattered throughout the site that are typed in first person, "I always thought this was weird", "In this...
