Okay, at this time, I am feeling really, REALLY deprived right now, and it's times like these that makes me think, don't people wish they listened to Al Gore sooner, rather than dismiss him as a nutjob?
Now then, I suppose I can't complain too awful much, considering that here a few months...
In a fit of peak, I went ahead and just dug back out all of my spring and summerwear, and put them back in line in my closet... I mean I've been having to dig them back out after I put them up all throughout the fall, and since apparently we're not going to have a winter till February this year...
Not trying to be harsh, I'm just saying.
There WERE some positives from the way Jim handled his business, as with the case of TMS, at least Lord Grade let him have free reign over the show and let him do whatever he wanted to, most execs always try to obtain as much of the creative control...
Because they've been on too dang long! There comes a point in time where the well runs dry, and you have to accept that there's nothing more you can do with it! Just like Arthur, their well dried up several years ago, and they still got like at least two more seasons in production.
EDIT: Ziffeled
I hate to say it, but it's stuff like this that kind of makes me realize that Jim wasn't exactly a very business-savvy. I mean, aside from the SST Muppets (up until 2000), it's like he, or company, never even owned the rights to what he created... and it was Walt Disney himself who said never...
How many times have I said it? Most of these adult cartoons focus less on actual humor, and more on just how far they can push the envelope to see what exactly they can get away with.
Well... you do have to give Seth some credit... it DOES seem like anything he touches turns to gold...
Then again, I think that's just a sign of the times.

It's a wonder this hasn't happened sooner.
But thank God his Flintstones remake never happened; no need to bring vulgar humor to such a beloved classic cartoon family.
I'm sure it was pre-recorded. You could tell, because in certain cuts, the Snowths completely disappeared behind CeeLo, but then again, at those angles, you would clearly see someone crouched down behind him holding them up.
But other than that, it was worth the wait till the end of the show...
Is Steve doing Kermit left-handed tonight? I noticed his mouth and head movement seemed a little off, and that he was using his right hand to wave and other gestures.
That's what somebody pointed out, but the trope I suggested was more specific than that; it wasn't necessarily slapstick or physical humor, but also, what would really be actual harm, yet still played for laughs (and specifically to women).
But yeah, someone else suggested it should include...
This whole "Jim Henson Company Puppets" thing STILL drives my absolutely bonkers, to the point that I want to scream and break things.
I don't care if Disney legally owns the trademark to the word "Muppet", Jim Henson himself was the man who created the Muppets and changed the world of...
Actually yeah, I finally got some help from Google, and they said when you get a Blogger account, you automatically also get a Picasa account with it *refrains from making comments about Google's fascism for Sarge's sake* and that's where you can delete stored pictures... so yeah, I went to my...
If you write a new post, and you go to add an image, and select "From this blog", there they all are. And I mean ALL, like I said, old header images, old gadget images, pretty much every single picture you have ever added to your blog, one way or another, they're all there.
