I'm still sort of confused about Frank's retirement. I sort of asked this as a response to one of the posts on the "Sesame Street" board, but no one answered so I thought I'd have better luck here. Is he really gone for good. Is it true that he won't perform on the new Muppet Christmas movie...

O.K., let me think about this:
They all have a lot of Zoot, considering he blows the first note of the opening theme and the last note of the closing theme, and he really doesn't say very much, so I'm not sure about that one. Probably a video with a first season ep that I don't have...

Dr. Tooth, are you still there? *sigh* I guess I'll find out when that Muppet Christmas movie airs. I guess I got a little off topic with my question anyway.

Wait a minute. I'm not sure what you mean, Dr. Tooth. You mean he didn't retire or he didn't perform any characters in the Muppet Christmas movie?
Reply
Nope. I was definately thinking of the one Evans brought up. I think where I made the mistake was that I thought it was a boy instead of a girl. Sorry about that. It has been years since I've seen the skit.

O.K., continuing on: (Looks like this website has been having some problems today)
VOLUME 7
Diana Ross: Hmmm. There was Diana, Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Scooter, Annie Sue and some other characters that I don't know who they are.
Brooke Sheilds: Brooke, Kermit, Miss Piggy...
Hmmmm.
Hmmm. Well, I know it was just Kermit and the guest in the Juliet Prowse and Connie Stevens episodes. Let me think of this. I'll go by the ones I have on video.
VOLUME 1
Elton John: Elton, Kermit, Sam, Scooter, (Possibly Fozzie and Gonzo, I don't quite remember.)
Julie Andrews...

Yep. I got it. Thanks again, Phil. That must have been the shorter version. The only voices I heard were Piggy's and Fozzie's. As for Eric's Fozzie, it wasn't too bad, just a tad deeper than Frank's. I didn't catch Rowlf or Rizzo or anyone unless they were seen in the background...

I am still about confused about Frank's retirement. I mean is he really gone for good, or does he just alternate with Eric Jacobson? According to the Internet Movie Database website, Frank will play his regular characters in that new Muppet Christmas movie. I'm not sure if that's true...

That's one I remember pretty well. I don't quite remember how it ended though. Did he forget what he needed to get at the store or something like that?

Well, actually I was just curious. What was making me a little mad, was that instead of answering my question people started singing the "Ladybug's Picnic" song, which was completely off the subject of what I asked. But now that Skeeter/Kim answered my question, I'll let it go now.

Boy I wish I could come up with an outline that good. I have some good songs thought up, but I have trouble thinking of a guest star a plot-line and quotes from Statler and Waldorf. Anyway, good outline, Matt. I really enjoyed reading it. By the way, who is Jeremy Irons anyway?
Reply
Not really. You said that you didn't remember the episode. I'm not trying to argue with you or anything, but that's what it seemed like when I read your post. Anyway, I have to agree with Kim, because on HS they have been known to bleep out some things.

We know what you meant, Lynette. I heard that. But now, Murgatoad got me interested in something. I would like to have seen that show where Rowlf the Dog was on with Arsenio Hall and said "Son of a b*****." I mean, if you can get a download of Porky Pig saying that, why not Rowlf...
