I was just thinking last night... If there is going to be a production where the Muppets teach computer technology, maybe Kermit could teach Robin about computers. Robin could want to learn about computers, and Kermit could teach him, and then the other Muppets could teach other computer-related...
I've read here that the number 1 didn't start sponsoring the show until 1986, though Muppet Wiki has pages for three first season episodes that are supposedly sponsored by 1, but that info comes from archive material that fans can see at the CTW Archives, stored at the University of Maryland. So...
I think I've heard about the brest feeding being on Noggin. And it's odd that she saw Snuffy (how regularly?). I wonder if she ever tried to convicne the other adults that Big Bird was right. And the article says that she was on the show for five years. I had always wondered how long she was on...
Chapter 6
They were up in the air, out of the plane but still with their seatbelts on and attached to their seats.
"Well, it looks like we will be landing in a stereotypical outdoor marketplace, just like the one from Aladdin", observed Bunsen.
"Mee mee", commented Beaker.
"Oh...
Chapter 5
The plane was falling, farther and farther.
"Meeeeeeeeee", screamed Beaker.
"Oh, stop being such a baby", said an annoyed Bunsen.
Just then, a nararators voice was heard...
"Will Bunsen and Beaker crash to the grounds? Will they survive? Why am I doing a...
That show was called The Jim Henson Hour, and the blue things name was Waldo C. Graphic. I wish he'd be used in this new series. I don't think the show was supposed to be technology-based or educational, but it did use a lot of technology, such as computer-animated backgrounds.
I've noticed differences in the Telly puppet over the years, though most differences were minor. I can see a big difference between the Telly puppet from Big Bird in China, Don't Eat the Pictures, and Follow That Bird, and the Telly puppet used in recent episodes. I've never seen the original...
I know that, but I also know that Christopher Cerf didn't actually perform any characters. He just performed voices. The Songs from the Street booklet mentions that Jim Henson performed Little Chrissy while Cerf performed the voice.
It's interesting how there seems to be a few anonymous sources. Still, I think this idea would be better as a direct-to-DVD special, maybe if done similar to how the Play-Along videos were made (only with more familar characters... especially non-generic characters who are more familiar to us...
That would be great. Maybe one of us should start a seperate thread for it. Do you have in mind only including Muppet Show moments, or also movie, special, JHH and MT moments?
Chapter 4
The plane was headed torwards the su.
"Oh, this might be the end", said Bunsen.
"Mee mee mee mee mee", said Beaker.
"What do you mean there will be one or two more chapters?", asked Bunsen, "Is this some sort of book or something?"
The plane was getting closer and...
Frank Oz performed the keyboardist, Fran Brill performed the guitarist, and Brian Muehl performed the drummer.;) Just kidding. I don't know who performed them. But I suspect that Jim Henson performed the puppetry of How Now Brown Cow (but I don't know for sure who performed him).
Does anybody know whether "I'm Square" was made sometime during the first five seasons or sometime during the second five seasons? I would like to see that song. I've read that it was performed on the show, I think it even took place on the street.
What if Bert and Ernie interracted with Bunsen and Beaker, or Statler and Waldorf?
What if Thig returned for later productions, and Thog didn't?
What if Sweetums and Thog were a regular team?
Chapter 3
Kermit and the other Mupets started to plan.
"Okay, tonights poker game is cancled, at least for now", said Kermit.
"What?", complained Pepe.
"How could you cancle such an event?", asked Rizzo.
"I was rully looking forward to playing", said Janice.
"Well, Bunsen...
