When I was younger, I sooooooooo badly wished I had The Muppet Show. We had very poor quality cable, and Nickelodeon only came in ocassionaly, so I stuck with Sesame Street or had a friend of my sister's tape it.
I never paid attention to the spelling stuff of Sesame Street. Just the Muppets...
I love you too, Manda! Er, wait. What thread is this?
I've got no fan club. The clipboard steals all the attention. He had a total of two fans at one time!
BEHOLD! TED THE PSYCHIC WOODEN CLIPBOARD HAS PELTED HIS LAST EXCLEMATION POINT! (for now)
;)
I thought you said Muppet Central WASN'T run by a bunch of monkey writers! :p
Just kidding. Pretty neat. I didn't realize everyone was so young. I figured Jamie was at least balding!
Oooooooh, the penguin's back! :zany:
Luke, you crack me up! That'd be the perfect prank! I'm in on it! ;)
(It seems that Scooter one has been used alot on this thread. But, as of yet, I haven't seen any :flirt:. Interesting)
Byron, stop kidding yourself. People with fan clubs don't look like this --->
I know that...
By age, I'm a three-er. But I consider myself inbetween the two. I was raised on Muppet Babies, an ocassional Jim Henson Hour (although rare), and Muppet compilation tapes that came out in 1985. That's what I was raised on, then went on to MTI, Muppets Tonight, etc etc. I never actually saw The...
Re: FACTORY CHEESE
You did? That must have hurt. I can't imagins sleeping under the floor boards. Can't be too comfortable or warm. :p
Poor Sarah. She can't seem to catch a break. First we invade her dreams, now she has to listen to these "amusing anecdotes" of factory cheese. Have you...
I think we need a disclaimer.
Bill, we don't really hide in your oven or photograph you in the shower. Rather, we hide in the microwave and take photos of you in your lawn furniture. :D
Just kidding. I don't think I'd fit in the microwave. Maybe the toaster.
Oooh! My Bill Barretta...
When is Jim Cummings not a major part in a cartoon!
Jim Cummings is cool. I didn't realize he played Bonkers along with the other cop. Of course, it doesn't surprise me. He now plays both Winnie the Pooh and Tigger. I knew he played Darkwing though. I really liked Darkwing Duck.
;)
He still screams, doesn't he? I thought he still screamed. I don't know. I've got both versions, so it gets confusing.
Nate, if you don't want your "memory of the originals to be tampered with", you can most likely find the original versions on tape on ebay or something. If you get the right...
You have just been Smurfed.
Did anyone ever see the precursor (or whatever it is) to Rocky and Bullwinkle? It starred a rabbit and a tigger, similair to Hobbes, and they wnet around and had adventures like Rocky and Bullwinkle? That was one of the first cartoons on television, and one of my...
Holy cow!
And I missed this? JUST KIDDING!
Man, that's just terrible! Sick, sick, sick!
Ugh!
I'm just glad my e-mail is a little better than some. My Mom used to get sent crap like that all the time. She kept reporting it to the e-mail company (whatever you call it!).
Netscpae...
That sounds about right. Them rulers hurt!
I went to two days of pre-school. That's about it. Then, when I started Kindergarten (is that with a d or a t? Think it's a t.) my parents were told I'd never amount to anything and end up working as a school janitor. I think that's part of the...
If it's in Iraq, no one's gonna be arguing whether it's in England or America! Quite possible... no one will be arguing at all.
Nevermind.
I'd like it to be in England, just for a good excuse to actually go over there. Maybe right before I turn eighteen! ;)
