They were probably out in the sheep pasture. :) Oops. Wrong Ralph and Sam.
Well, they missed out on "Goodbye," but the second part of your request may still be in the cards.
Exactly. Telly was a lot more confident before Bela came along. But then again if that hadn't happened, there wouldn't be a plot and the street scene would have been over in five minutes, so I kind of get the point.
Thanks for uploading. Now that I don't have a means of taping late night TV anymore, it's always good to watch those online. I liked the Kermit/Piggy part too. The first time in a while there was a sweet moment between them rather than fighting or anything like that.
I do wonder though if...
Well, Bela's attitude was disturbing especially considering he's never been on a pogo stick and didn't know what fun was, so who's he to tell Telly that he's doing it wrong. Heck, even Oscar would have made a better coach than that. It seems like Bela's one of those characters who really...
Well, they said it was "Shalom" at Muppet Wiki. But you're right. I can't understand why it would have been in English then, unless that was from before they dubbed it. Also, Alison didn't sound like Gina there, so maybe her voice was dubbed, but yet it was still in English. I don't know...
Yeah. Like we said before it's better to keep the character alive with a recast than to retire the character altogether:
:):o:concern:: Then to retire the character!
Like they did with Mrs. Krebbapple on "The Simpsons" when Marcia Wallace passed on. When we think about it, it's a good...
Well, I don't know about that. He seems pretty good to me. But oh well, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Again, is there a video online anywhere of the Tyler Perry/Elmo segment? I couldn't seem to find that anywhere.
We don't hate it. We just think it's creepy compared to SS merchandise of today. If I was a kid playing with those in the 70s it probably wouldn't make much of a difference. I'm glad you posted that. I think it's an interesting piece of nostalgia.
Wow! It seems like Abby is trying to get back at Cookie Monster for that checker incident a few weeks ago. I don't know why she looked so surprised when CM demonstrated subtraction by devouring the rest of the cookies, I think most of us could have predicted that. I guess she still hasn't...
I didn't even know that there was a new episode on today. I mean, it was a repeat episode, but still with new material. I thought even those were only on Thursdays. I guess I have to start checking the listings more often. But I guess I didn't miss anything new besides Billy Whatshisname...
Yeah. His appearance in MFS was a cameo. His role in Ivamicmum or whatever the heck you call it was full fledged Scooter. One of his first big roles since Richard's passing. Now if only they'd do more with Rowlf.
Thanks, Antsam. I was getting worried there when I heard the voice. I guess Steve is kind of getting up there. I notice a hoarseness in his voice for recent appearances, but I guess that's understandable, especially in live appearances when there's not a lot of time to rehearse.
Yeah. I know what you mean. We had to go through that bit about Michael Whatshisname making the Hall of Fame. Then Josh Groban. I should probably just have taped it and fast forwarded it, but I don't have a means of taping things anymore since the TV at my parents' house isn't connected to...
Yeah. But like we've talked about before, Piggy's personality needs to tone down a little bit. I hope they show her in an interview soon and maybe remedy that.
Now, not to open this can of worms again, but that was still Steve as Kermit, right? I thought his voice was a bit hoarse in the...
Yeah. I was thinking about that. I guess 'hate' was too strong a word there, unless they were talking about Oscar, since hating things comes naturally for Grouches. But you're right they should maybe have called this "The Bear Also Draws" or something like that.
Yeah. I've made that comment a...
Never mind. I found it on the Sesame Workshop site.
I don't know. That might be a tad long for an episode title.
Yeah. I guess that was some double duty by David Rudman there.
Does anyone know where I can find a video of yesterday's episode? I checked PBSkids.org and I still couldn't find it. Heck, I didn't even know they were playing a new one this week until recently. Any help on this will be appreciated.
