Are any other youtubers having this problem: Lately whenever I get an inbox message, the text appears for a second and then disapears. I can see the messages when I check my e-mail, but it is strange.
Also at one point a few months ago it seems all of my then-previous comments had vanished...
Uncle Deadly has a tail, though the puppet doesn't.
I though it was weird that they bothered to give Leon a tail, when the puppet didn't even have legs. And the only time it was shown was in the behind-the-scenes episode when the performers are performing... Interesting that Kevin Clash...
I wonder if any fans are going to use the e-mail or facebook to ask her trivial questions about the show (or Follow That Bird, or Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, etc.).
One thing that's cool about happy meals and such is that a property with hundreads of characters (like the Muppets) can be made as a happy meal and several characters can be included, and it most likely wouldn't matter how popular the characters are, because people usually don't know what happy...
Kermit now counts Twiddlebugs on the site!: http://www.sesamestreet.org/video_player/-/pgpv/videoplayer/0/86bf469c-7e7b-4edc-a5cf-05d368882fd4/twiddlebugs_party
One thing I've always wondered: Why does Kermit scrunch his face at the end of that sketch?
I know that this issue has been brought up on the forums before.
Anyway, the two Old School sets include the first ten season premiere episodes, and the first 12 premieres were all sponsored by the number 2 (the first episode was sponsored by 2 and 3... But only one 3 segment appeared in...
I thought that A Boy Named Charlie Brown was a little bit different. There were some rather artistic scenes (such as Schroeder's piano sequence), and I thought I read that Snoopy's skating animation was rotoscoped.
It seems like the first two movies were different from the specials in that...
I don't know if Jim Lewis would know such things about DVD releases (I could be wrong), but regarding Henson's early work I imagine there'd be more required negotiations. Many of Henson's earliest productions are owned by outside companies like Sam and Friends (Universal), the various...
I've had this for quite a while, and can't believe that I haven't replied to this thread.
I don't understand why it had to be an "extended edition" and still have deleted scenes. All of the seperate deleted scenes were very short and could have just been inserted into the extended edition...
One thing I've wondered recently: Were there any additonal scenes with Benny? Because he was interested in working for Ronald Grump because grump was rich, only to learn that Grump intended on having a robotic doorman (I wonder if Sam qualified). Benny then shouted "SESAME STREET HAS GOT TO BE...
Of course the Mr. Hoopter's death episode (in my opinion the first of these big changes) didn't even have a major story within the street scenes, though the various street scenes had some minor connections (Big Bird giving Gordon the "just because" explanation to doing silly things, and then...
You know, I was thinking about Little Jerry and the Monotones, though I hadn't thought up the article in my head. And there was a duo I was thinking about... It might be better for me to send two seperate articles on each character. They were seen quite a bit without each other, but I think it...
I haven't been sending in any articles lately, but I have been wondering:
Are there rules against writing articles about members of the Sesame Street human cast (besides tributes)?
Are there rules against articles on the Sesame Street animation and live-action sketches? I would think the...
It's a shame that all the Uncle Wally clips included in the 40th anniversary DVD only include him in the background. I don't think sesamestreet.org has any clips where he's the main character, either.
Did he even have any lines in the episode where Snuffy was finally seen by the adults? He...
I search general discussions and didn't see any threads about Dr. Seuss in general (I did see some threads, but they were pretty much tied to specific things about Dr. Seuss). So I chose to start one.
Some of my favorite Dr. Seuss stories include How the Grinch Stole Christmas, The...
I remember back in 1995, around halloween they aired most of the Dr. Seuss specials in a marathon. Halloween is Grinch Night was shown a few days before, and In Search of Dr. Seuss premiered the next night, a "making of" special was attached to How the Grinch Stole Christmas that year, and...
