I notice these things! ;) :D I've listened to this particular song on headphones several times over the last two months, and to me at least, it does sound like Jerry's voice. I think this voice works better for the song than Floyd's normal voice would have, too.

Still Jerry! He was just using a different voice. "Mr Bassman", in the Mummenschanz show, also features a different voice for Floyd, but again, he's still performed by Jerry. Jerry's absence from the credits is presumably an oversight - the segment was taped much later in the production...
