Dear Mr. Spinney,
You were such a positive influence in my life. Your performance of Big Bird has enriched my being since I was a child, and has continued to do so to this very day. Even though I don't know you personally, I consider you a dear friend, and a mentor that has...
Well, I'll have to see it I guess. I'm just really not into "INSANE TRICKED OUT TURBO CHARGED AIR BOARDS!!!" WOOOOO PARTY HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry...that kind of thing sickens me...oh well, I like to think that idiot surfers become fat old guys who feel sad about their lives...cool surfers...
I also didn't mean to offend you Linsay. In fact since we live so close, I think we should party!!! :) Let me know if your interested (hehehe)
-Matt
PS - I don't party. :D
Like I said before, it was too out of the normal realm of movie stupidity. It wasn't dumb enough for most people. The people of the world today are blubbering idiots. There are very few exceptions (I think it would be right to say that nearly everyone on this board is part of the small...
A Thousand thanks Grail, but I think I'm going to go for the planet logo (as seen before commercial breaks...but I'm sure if you have access to all the characters you'd know that :)). By the way, just out of curiousity, how do you have access to the bots 'o loveliness?
-Matt
Eww lord, doesn't treasure planet look horrible? It looks like a futuristic animated version of Blue Crush (which also looks to be an amazingly horrid piece of garbage flick).
Sorry, off topic yet again :)
-Matt
Heh, ya know, I've often tried to classify myself into some group of people. It never works. I'm only in two major groups in life: The MSTies (Mystery Science Theater 3000 fans), and the Muppets (You guys). Its fine by me. I love FR with all my heart. My other shoulder might be the MST3K planet...
Yeah...its basically what movie people say when they report the initial earnings of a movie. "How well the movie did at the box office." Or, "It made 3.5 Million at the box office." Stuff like that.
-Matt
Whatever you use, send it in! I got a reply from the Great Mr. Danny this morning saying my entry was the first one! I thought I'd be miles behind everyone by now. Well I'm going out tonight, and I just might happen to pass a Hot Topic....oh hehe, I'm getting those DVDs! :D
May the craziest...
Oooooohhh!! Fight fight fight fight!!! :D
Heh, sorry.
I agree somewhat with you Darth. I think that there just isn't a need for a MTI sequal...at least not the way Disney does them. Prime example, look at Tarzan. In my opinion, a very, very excellent film. Well made with a heartfelt...
Hehe, I told you all! I'm movin' on up! This will be the last time I announce it, so don't worry about being clouded with these kinds of posts every time I hit a new peak. Just makes me happy, and I want to proclaim it. So, please disregard this post :D
-Matt
Because my friend. Intelligently made movies don't usually do well. Even Dark Crystal, an easy to follow plot and lovable characters (and that amazingly awesome trick with the glass ball...I swear the movie takes 4 hours for me to watch because I just watch that over and over and over), is too...
Billy, do you know if these letters are actually read? Or do they just get tossed in the garbage like most fan mail to major entertainment companies?
-Matt
Hehe, I'm with Ms. Quilter. Bird is WAY too cool to be related to Barney. Even if Big Bird is an evolved form of a dinosaur, Barney would NOT be the base of that evolution chain. :)
