No holes in the house, but there was a hole on the edge of my yard that I imagined as a Fraggle hole when I was a kid. I would pretend to be Junior Gorg, and stand over the hole with a bucket to catch them. I was a dork.
Glad you like the pictures. The Skeksis pics are a bit over exposed or something. The colors were much richer in person. Same with the Garthim. The lighting was different in that part of the exhibit, and I didn't change the settings on the camera.:o
I'm not by any means an experienced foam puppet builder, but I know you can get some pretty cool things at sporting good stores in the fly fishing section. Tying flies uses a variety of marabou, ostrich, peacock, and all sorts of other feathers. They also have a product called crystal flash...
Thanks, I'm glad you like them. This might sound really corny, but seeing all of those in person was a magical experience for me. Being able to get within a few inches from some of them, the craftsmanship is truly incredible. I was surprised at how big Big Bird actually is. I had some other pics...
That Electric Mayhem origin movie sounds great. I bet some of the talented writers here could come up with a really good script. I would be especially interested in seeing Animal's origins. Not counting his appearance as a Muppet baby.
That's the first one that came to mind for me as well. I always love to watch that scene. Another favorite Piggy moment for me is when she is freaking out in the apartment across from Pete's diner in MTM. And Kermit says, "That's been happening a lot over there lately." Or something to that...
You should definitely go to an exhibit if you ever get the chance. No, Fozzie and Scooter weren't there. the only Muppet show characters they had are the ones in the pictures. I'm sure they have a lot more at the bigger exhibits. This was just a small traveling thing at the Children's Museum. I...

About 10 years ago, I went to the Jim Henson exhibit at the Pittsburgh Children's museum. This was actually the second time I had been there. I thought you all might like to see some of the pictures I took. Since most of the pics are of Muppet Show/movie or Sesame Street characters, I figured it...
I have some pics I took about 10 years ago from the Jim Henson exhibit at the Pittsburgh Children's museum. I just wanted to do a test and see if this worked.
This is a Mystic from The Dark Crystal.

*Fuzzhead and Jen arrive back at the room*
Jenn: Sorry you couldn't find what you were looking for.
Fuzzhead: That's OK. I didn't see any art supply stores anywhere. Maybe I should open one *chuckles*.
Jenn: Like you could handle that responsibility.
Fuzzhead: True. But man, there sure are...
Fuzzhead: I think I might go back into town for a little while today.
Jen: What for?
Fuzzhead: I need some art supplies. I'm all out of Super Sculpey.
Jen: What's that?
Fuzzhead: It's a polymer clay that can be hardened in a home oven.
Jen: Oh, I see. Where can you find that?
Fuzzhead: I'm...
Fuzzhead*gets back to the dorm room.*
Fuzzhead: *sarcastically* Well, that was fun.
Jen *sitting on the floor with Fizzgig, playing his flute again* What was fun?
Fuzzhead: I decided to go check out the town and I got lost.
Jen: You got lost? How did that happen?
Fuzzhead: I left without...
Hi, Ed (can I call you Ed?). Thanks a lot for all your help around here. It's a really nice place. I think I'll just grab a quick bowl of cereal or something. Then I'm going to have a look around the place. I might see if Jen and Fizzgig want to tag along. Maybe I'll run into you later? See ya.
