I'm in the UK and decided to get the US release of "The Muppets" BluRay, as it's been confirmed as region free and therefore will play on European BluRay players (this only goes for the BluRay, you'd need a multi region DVD player to play the DVD).
I ordered it from a site called PlanetAxel.com...
I was just in Germany and they sell Muppet bed sheets there, they look great. There are a few retailers on Amazon Germany who sell it, maybe some will ship internationally.... http://www.amazon.de/Unbekannt-483852050-Muppets-Charakter-Bettwäsche/dp/B0071643XQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1330649083&sr=8-1
I think it's pretty much all done now. But go to the Disney Store on Oxford Street, the Empire Cinema is the best place to see the movie (and sells the drink topper figures), check out the 'GAP Kids' shop windows and there's a Gonzo replica in the window of 'Forbidden Planet'.

Time Out London has 4 different Muppet covers with Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie and Animal. There's a little preview pic of the Kermit one on the site... http://www.timeout.com/london/
The Leicester Square TV channel on youtube has lots of clips from the Muppet press conference in London. Some very funny moments, especially Kermit & Piggy talking about phone hacking, Fox News and CGI.
