It's certainly one of my favourite films as well. Even went out and bought the soundtrack as soon as I saw the film at the cinema. Danny Elfman is an extremely talented musician :)
One of the animators at work has a figure of the mayor sitting on top of his monitor. Does anybody know where...
Kevin Smith is already said to have altered the flow of his new film, Jersey Girl, so that you-know-who gets killed within the first 15 minutes of the film.... this based on the reactions from Gigli.

No mention of splitting the fourth film into two parts - yet.

When I was at secondary school here in the UK, a particular movie magazine published the details of JHCS and as it was coming up to work experience time, I wondered if I could be placed with them for a couple of weeks. At the time I was completely nuts about animatronics and the computer...
I think mine's fairly obvious, although I'm much less of a 'lad' now (I'll be pushing 30 in two years time). Nuts about movies, and it's more relevant now that I've been working in the film industry for coming close to two years, although I've had the username for much longer.
Oh, and as for...
But isn't the offices of Henson UK based in Camden Town where the Creature Shop is? I'd thought that if Henson UK were to close, then it would probably mean that the Creature Shop would somehow disapear as well? Certainly haven't heard anything where I am about this...

I'm sick to death of hearing about David Beckham (even though he's not in it), so hence why I've avoided seeing that film so far despite all the rave reviews.

Don't forget they're outside Hogwarts when they go to Hogsmeade for the weekend as well, so that's probably why they're out of uniform in those shots.
Has anybody else seen the new Dumbledore? Looks like it's going to be a smooth transfer from Richard Harris's characterisation based at...
Actually it's 16 when you finish secondary school. You can then do A-Levels (whether it be at the same school or at a college) or some other qualification such as BTEC, GNVQs or all sorts of things. I did my GCSEs at secondary school (15-16), did a BTEC in computer studies at college (16-18)...
Nothing exciting - just help maintain the production systems (read: computers) that the VFX artists and producers use to create their digital magic. I get the occasional studio/set visit out of it from time to time which is always fun ;)

I'm looking forward to seeing it when it opens over here, having been involved (to an extent) with the film for some time but not actually getting to seeing the end result yet. And did you know that JHCS had a small part to play in this film as well? Not sure what sequences/FX they were...
I remember turning up to Shepperton not so long ago for another, completely unrelated movie, and saw two enormous trailers for Professor Lupin and Peter Pettigrew parked outside one of the soundstages and hence how I came to recognise the background in that photo. :)
It looks as though it...
Daily Mail Jubilee Special
Hi folks,
Might also be worth buying today's Daily Mail as it contains a 64 page Jubilee Special which has an A4 picture of Kermit talking to the Queen (mouth really wide open) with Steve Whitmire very visible in the background.

M.
