I get that question too, Beau! I tell my friends there aren't anymore. They get disappointed when they realize there's not going to be a Fozzie. I told my roommate the list that was posted of who was supposidly in the line up. He got excited when I mentioned Sam, Statler and Waldorf, and Beaker.
I haven't seen this film since VHS. I didn't like it back then, but having a much more appreciative likenes for film in general, I woudn't mind viewing it again.
I was in Barnes and Noble tonight. I couldn't find Pepe's book. I didn't bother asking cuz I think I'm getting it for Christmas so I wouldn't be buying it. Just curious, what section would the book be in? I dig that Kermit's is in the Self Improvement section!
I can see where you're coming from. I think if Disney wants to get the younger generation into the Muppets, it might be in their best interest to re-record the classic songs with the newer cast. A lot of people might frown upon it though and looking at it as "trying to forget Jim Henson" (if...
I'd like to see a cd with the songs from The Muppet Show Live performed by those characters. I liked how some of the older characters got to interact with newer ones (Rowlf & Sal's rendition of "I Hope Something Better Comes Along") and the collaberation of "It Feels Like Christmas"
Haha for my roommate's birthday a few years ago I had boughten him Flava Flave figure cuz he was a huge fan of Flavor of Love on VH1. When I brought it up tot he register, the guy was like "Flavor Flave, huh?" and then he kinda chuckled. I didn't know whether or not it was sarcasm or what.
Personally, I don't think they should touch the old songs. For the longest time, I wanted Steve Whitmire's version of "Rainbow Connection" but the more I thought about it, the more I started to feel like it wasn't broke so why "fix" it?
My friend won't buy action figures from Hot Topic cuz he's embarassed. I figure it like this ~ If they didn't want people to buy it, they wouldn't sell it. :search:
I guess this issue just goes over my head. I understand the whole "making a profit from the item" thing. So if it's illegal to make the replica in the first place, why isn't that frowned upon?
I'm not trying to be a pain. I'm honestly really trying to understand where everyone is coming from...
I guess that's something I don't fully understand. If a builder does NOT make a profit from building a replica and there's a contract stating that the buyer is NOT going to use the replica for commercial gain (only personal enjoyment), why is that so illegal, but not illegal to build it in the...
That's awful! Wasn't it on like 3 episodes in a row on the Old School Sesame Street DVDs? My roommate and I skipped it after the second time seeing it.
