Aside from celebrity clips, they've only made 3 Muppet-number centric bits (not involving the Count). So, if they're keeping things widescreen, it's understandable. But if they're throwing full-frame stuff in, there's no excuse.
"We Belong Together" is from Music in the Air, a Hammerstein musical. I didn't realize it wasn't a Sesame original until just looking it up.
Clearly, the bit is going off the classic Jim routine of "hip character doesn't do what the square ones do." The song the parents are singing is dull...
Aw, that's sad to hear. Her animations were so unique and varied; stop motion, regular animation, that thing where she'd put animation over live photos. All very well done.

TV Guides are important to see what aired when, not only show descriptions. I really don't know what the research department does or uses them for, but I can only assume it's to find when certain things aired. Not everything we get has complete...
They aren't for public viewing though. They belong to the research department.
Anywho, these seem to compare to what I've read in the real TV Guides. Sparse info on every show, highlighting very little outside of what celebrity was appearing.
