    depends on the materiial, sometime you can use the same pattern, but fabric strecthces different than foam, i suggest drappin the foam sculpt and making your own pattern

    hes a basic "Muppet" stlye puppet so look at the puppet building threads here, as for mech (blinks and brows and stuff), youll have to figure that out , there are many ways to do it, but i do not build mechs ,
