I just saw the show and got the program. Her voice was Anisha Nagarajan.

In case you guys are wondering, the big green guy with white hair isn't Mr. Nezzer. He's out of the Netflix show because, Dreamworks has a policy to have real ethic actors for the ethnic voices. As Phil explains here at 30:04:

My favorite song from the movie is I'll Get You What You Want, but I think Something So Right is the type of song to be nominated. Oscar loves emotional songs. Why else do you think Man or Muppet or Let it Go won Oscars?

Just wanna tell everyone, the episode's on YT now. Watching it now, I realized the judges lied. They gave them 13 seconds to count the pickles, not 18. No wonder Elmo had the great idea to count the pickles by two.
