Yeah, when I watch some old Sesame Street episodes, I'm thinking, "Boy, people must have really been patient back then." There are just these never ending films with these kids that I can barely sit through. I actually fell asleep during one.
Beauregard! You were the T*K*O janitor, so you better not kill this thread with that!
Oh, wait, I guess now that I posted this, you won't, so nevermind.
No, we can't let one of our fellow forum members think of moving on!
Now MC members, it's time to make this thread flourish! Make Jamie stick around! Thread Killers, stay off of this thread, we can't let it die! :)
Now anyway, it is a great time to be a Muppet fan! The one thing that defines...
Yeah, I'll basically say the exact same thing. I haven't seen that many episodes (though I have a bunch on DVD I have to watch), and I agree, it did a great job of representing Dr. Seuss and the Muppets. I really enjoyed the episodes I've seen.
Yeah, tomorrow I'll turn on my TV and they'll say:
"Coming soon on PBS Kids: D.W.'s African Adventures"
Exactly, kind of goes to show that they're running out of ideas for the shows.
Yeah, "Postcards from Buster" isn't all that great. I didn't mind the "pilot" episode, an Arthur episode, but...
Now, the question is: Who knows what the original song is that I changed to make those lyrics?
Oh, wait, um, I just remembered, I'm on a forum full of super obsessed Muppet fans, who know every bit of Muppet trivia there is to know, so it'll probably be about five seconds.
Yes I did. Goes to show how bored I am sometime. And while we're on the subject of counting Scooter smilies:
275! That's 275 Scooter smilies! Ah-hah-hah! :batty:
*thunder and lightning is heard and seen outside*
Grrrrrr! I remember waking up from a Muppety dream and thinking, 'I can't wait to put that in the Dreams about Muppets thread.' The only problem is, I no longer remember the dream! All I know is that It had Muppets involved.
Let's see...
I can do a pretty good Swedish Chef :hungry:, Miss Piggy (when she's angry), Beaker , Beauregard , a (kind of good) Dr. Teeth :D and Rowlf :sympathy:.
People say that I'm good at Kermit and Fozzie, even though I'm somewhat good with Kermit, and though I hit a Frank...
Possibly he could have been referring to someone in his class who is a background character who has a little brother or sister. Or, as said with the brother/sister race, he could've been talking about George or Fern who originally are seen to have a brother or sister in the race.
Yeah, I saw...
I unfortunately have not yet watched Muffy's Book Club, its on the top of my list of episodes I need to catch up on.
Yes, it was, I caught that the first time, and am very surprised that anyone else did.
Yeah, those are some other name changes they made, I think that the George's last name...
(begins singing)
Oh, there's no fire in the fireplace,
There's no carpet on the floor,
Don't try to order dinner, there's no kitchen anymore,
But if the road seems kind of bumpy,
And you need to rest a spell
Well welcome home, to Muppet Central!
Welcome home!
Oh, welcome home!
No matter where...
I can't believe that in this year of 2012, Scooter the gofer appeared somewhere without any other Muppet. Perfectly said by ToughPigs:
It is indeed amazing.
EDIT: I can't believe I didn't even use a Scooter smilie. So here...
I saw those a couple weeks ago, never even crossed my mind to post it here. I didn't end up getting any of the kits, instead I got a different fleece, the kind you get off of a roll with Muppet faces on it. It's very nice, so I guess you should check that out too.
