I believe you would have to use some sort of third party, whether it's an image site or your own website or whatever. Then use the image button (the one with the tree) and put in the URL to your image.

As to where to find it: maybe you could post this in the MUP3 thread on this forum and see if anyone here has it that they could give you as an MP3. Also you could just keep checking ebay or something like that, I would imagine one would eventually show up.
