Well, it seems like they have gone back to making the show appealing for older kids as well as adults. Especially with the Law & Order parody yesterday, and today, they had the "Get Up" song, which was a parody of the song "Hey Ya!" by Outkast.
Okay, but see, we're not 100% sure, so please don't quote me on this. I mean, maybe it WILL be the First Five years. See, I would like to know where that was thought of. But then again, if it IS the first five episodes, there is one thing that we would get to see that many of us have never seen...
Actually, Abelardo DID make an appearance on SS back in Season 28. I remember he was going to meet Big Bird, and they kept having trouble finding each other. I remember they sang a song, and at the end of the song, they were right next to each other, facing backward! Then, they turned around...
I have actually heard various things about this box set. I actually saw a listing for it on Amazon, but the title of it was "Sesame Street Nostalgia: First Fiv" and then the rest was cut off. And then it said that it was 300 minutes long. So, at first, I thought it was going to be the complete...
I can tell you a lot about this film. It's called "Milk - from Cows to Market to Home." It was made in 1974, and it was last seen on 12/31/90, which was episode #2781. It was KILLED in 1992. However, it can be seen on Unpaved episodes #1037 and #1364. I can also tell you that the music for this...
Just so you guys know, "It Feels Good When You Sing A Song" is actually a remake of an old Olivia/David song. It was featured in Unpaved episode #1563.
Telly's Alphaquest didn't air that shortly before the hurricane. The hurricane episodes were done a year later. As of right now, Sprout is only airing selected episodes from Seasons 30 and 31. I mean, they may start airing Season 32 sometime, but I don't know for sure.
I would hate to say this, but Sesame Street Unpaved is long gone. It has not been on for 3 years, and it will never come back. All it was was a filler, when Noggin/The N didn't have enough programming of their own. And I bet the people who just recently tuned into that channel never even knew...
I really don't think they can do full seasons. Because, you have to remember, there used to be 130 episodes per season, except for Season 2, which has 145 for some unknown reason. I mean, if they were to put 130 episodes in one set, it would probably take up like 65 DVDs. But, yes, maybe they...
Actually, this doesn't have anything to do with the channel number, but WSBE-36 in Providence, RI used to use the song "Born to Add", and they'd mix it with a whole bunch of other shows from PBS, and some other SS sketches, but the song played throughout the montage. And believe it or not, they...
Yes, I do know the one you're talking about. I'm not from Canada, but I've seen it on this incomplete Canadian episode from...I think it's from either '79 or '80 that I have on tape. It featured the normal harmonica music that was used on the Barkley and the Kids closing here in the U.S. But...
They don't play nearly as much variety as MC Radio. I'm talking as far as Sesame Street goes. SS Radio only plays songs from CDs that are currently being released.
Well, I mean, it DOES have SS, after all. But the episodes they're showing right now are from Seasons 30 and 31. I mean, those episodes are like 7 years old now! And do any of you remember in Noggin's early stages where during the preschool block, they aired SS episodes from Season 25? I mean...
I don't know about that. Because if I switch browsers, it works fine. See, I think it usually means that there was a glitch when it was downloading and it only worked up until a certain part. I wish there was a tech who knew about this problem.
I've actually noticed that too. It is kind of annoying. But, I think usually if it happens, it means that something goes wrong when it downloads. I don't really know how to fix it.
