Herb: Grace, would you please give your testimony as to exactly how the panic at Joel's Supermarket happened?

Judge: Mr. Adams, you may present your case. Herb: Thank you, your honor, I would like to begin by calling Grace to the stands.

Herb: OK then...so you'll be Grace's attorney. Wonderful. Since I'm the plaintive, I'll be going first to present my case. Then it will be your turn to counter.

Herb: Well, that's bad planning on your part, eh? Oh well...I guess you'll either you or one of your friends will have to act as your attorney. Did I mention that I'm acting as my own attorney, considering I am actually one?

*Also gets sworn in* Herb: So Grace, didn't you bring an attorney? To fight your case?

Herb: the Scientist? I warned you about them, didn't I? But you thought I was one instead...anyway, we already did the opening statements to kill time, so once you all get sworn in, we can get right down to the presentation of the evidence.

*we walk in* Person: *sighs* Do you guys swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

I doubt there will be a trap here...this is a real courthouse with an official letter to come here. This is a legit trial...unlike the last one... LISTEN TO YOU? You said that this legit trial was bad, when it really wasn't. So you are at fault just as much as everyone else...

Herb: *standing outside, tapping foot* Finally you got here...technically the trial should be half over by now...you're lucky I'm nice.

OOC: I'm not sure why you guys didn't account for the scientists having super indestructible cages and doors...but OK... Now then...should we go to the legitimate trial? Y'know, the one with the guy who warned us about the scientists, yet we continued to think he was one?

OOC: I'm lost...how exactly did we end up outside if the door was secured shut?

*takes a deep breath* I guess we have to go in sometime... *begins approaching door

*we are now outside the other courthouse* OK then...are we sure we should go in?

Man (who was the voice): Um...you must not have gotten the message, then. We moved the trial you're headed to over to the courthouse on the other side of town. The trial scheduled for there got moved to here. We flip-flopped. Some scheduling issues, y'know?

Voice from behind: Excuse me? Are you those creatures coming for the trial? EDIT: I was ziffeled...the voice was meant to have come while we were still outside...bso just pretend the voice came while we were walking in...
