A Muppet Halloween special would make a ton of sense. The Muppets have so many monsters and frackles that they have a hard time using, it would be a great way to somehow showcase them in the special, while still making something extremely entertaining.

That is true. I have noticed that more recent episodes have now excluded him from a Tough Customer. His appearances have been limited...I only got those shots from about 4 or 5 episodes...
