That's only the rights to the movie. JHC still owns the characters, the show, and everything else. I've always assumed it is "ARE-SEE-ARROW"...no idea if that's right or not...

But I think part of it was also that Jim wanted to focus his energy on other ideas he had, though, such as for The Dark Crystal and Fraggle Rock.

Other than what charlietheowl said, there has been some debate over that. Many people actually believe that this episode was made to be a flashback of sorts. Then others believe that it's just the Muppets' non-canon. Then still others believe what charlietheowl said was what they were aiming for.

Yeah...that probably wouldn't be a good idea...he'd probably want to take me and Sarge captive to do tests or something... But I wouldn't have any fears about this place...it's great...well, except for that thing... EDIT: Ziffeled.
