Finally, finally, FINALLY had sort of kind of a dream.
So we're at the bookstore, and some stuff happened, and then suddenly we realized that the Muppeteers had come with us. And Richard's hiding from my friend. So he comes up the escalator, and she's beside me looking the opposite direction...
Yes, he did look old. Yes, he did have a receding hairline. (Wow, this thread would deserve like, the biggest YOUR FACE in the history of the universe) I don't know if it was from the disease or bad genes or what. But he still was cute. ^-^
Thanks Skye! My new love Stevie sadly must share a spot with Richard.
Do you feel like posting your tribute-like thing? I'm sure we'd love to read it, if you're up for it.
Nope. Of course not. He only either makes fake appearances in mine, or isn't acting like Richard at all. However, he hurled me towards lightning, so score! ;)
Oh gosh. I'm so, so, so sorry Sara. Exploding Head Syndrome? Such an odd name for such an awful syndrome.
But it sounds like...Richard knew you were about to have it, and told you that you'd be all right. *Shudder* Oh that's so weird, he's like contacting you from beyond the grave.
Oh, gosh, thank you Muppet Newsgirl. I totally get it now. Now I can sleep. Gosh, I can't believe I didn't see that.
Isn't Oznowizcky Frank Oz's real last name?
Yeah, Sara. Keep us posted. Your dreams are our dreams. (Yeah, we wish ;) )
Okay. I didn't know who to ask, and since you are "Scooter People" I'll just go ahead. No matter how many times I watch or read this bit, I still do /not/ get the telephone pole joke. Do any of you care to explain it?
1. You've watched the MFS commentary from start to finish four times.
2. You went to Disney World and saw Muppets 3D four times in two days, and blushed when Sweetums waved to you.
3. You ponder over the "Telephone Pole" joke.
Richard visited last night. Kind of. I was in this weird hazy little dream where Sam from "Benny & Joon" and I were watching some kids, and then we went on some kind of tram out of the house and then we came back and they started shooting these tiny styrofoam balls at us, and if it hit you, you...
Oh, very much so. He introduced it, and gave his own little speech. And he kind of controlled the Music Medley, getting people's puppets and words and stuff. Jim wanted him to run the service if it were smaller.
Maybe your dreams are like a continuation of a story. That'd be cool. Doesn't make a lot of sense. First you're an intern, then Richard turns out to be a super hero in disguise and saves you, and then you decide to go in the hot tub. Wonder where you'll be next! I'd hate to find out how it ends...
Yeah, I keep wondering if Dave can really hold that note. It's like, 16 beats.
No Richard dreams, and I tried everything the book said. And "Mr. Cellophane" kept waking me up. I don't know why...and one of my "dream teachers" started singing Let Me Be Your Song along with the CD. It was...
I'm listening to Henry The VII I Am by Herman's Hermits. And on a stereo in a different room I'm listening to this odd little vaudeville song I took from the soundtrack of Benny & Joon.
I just saw that. Bean gets smashed in MFS, and on the commentary, Rizzo burst out laughing and said "I love it when the rabbit gets smushed." Then when he slides down, Rizzo yells "Yeah! You deserved it, ya little rabbit."
Which is a little weird, because both are Steve Whitmire...odd...of...
