i've never emailed them, but i think i'd be tickled if i got a reply at all.
of course it would only be cool if i knew for sure it was a reply from one of the performers.
i bet they're probably swamped with emails...besides i couldn't think of anything to ask them...
 Oops...no I didn't send an SASE with the previous letter.
I just wrote a nice letter and asked for a photo is possible.
Hope I still hear back from them...
Wow, I guess I really don't know how to write a fan letter.
I didn't ask any questions cause I thought they'd think I was...
...did you email them or mail a letter?
How long did it take to get a respone?
I'm going to write some more letters, haven't heard back from anyone yet...
just wondering if email or regular mail is better?
thanx!
:)
Hee hee...when I saw this topic, the first thing that i thought of was an old wayne's world skit with the "Top Ten Bands that sound like Diseases".
My favorite was Iggy Pop. Then of course Anthrax...and #5-the Dave clark 5?
i can't think of the rest, but it was pretty funny.
But...
ARGH! I can't believe I missed it again.
I completely forgot. Oh what a week I'm having!!
Okay...I'm going now to put it on the timer!
Good grief!! sigh...
eBay may have the old records...but it would be soooo Awesome if these albums were released on CD.
Ya know, have them all digital with excellent sound.
Ahhh, that would be just...WOW.
...i'll keep dreaming...
woo hoo!!
WOO HOO! I just noticed on the news page about the Sesame street figures.
*gasp* Super Grover....and...Guy Smiley...*drool*
*sniff* We have to wait for March?? sigh...
I hope Guy Smiley is wearing his suit and has a microphone.
I definatley want Bert and Ernie too!! :p :(
:flirt: I really love them groovey tunes on Muppet Radio.
That disco stuff is really fantastic!
I'd love to have the songs on album...are those albums available anymore?
Everytime I hear some, I click on the wishlist. Then it stores the title of the song and album...
I've looked everywhere...
Cool, I was wondering if the thumbs up/down actually made a difference or not.
I've noticed some super tunes and I always give the thumbs up when I hear them.
Sometimes, I hear a great song then I go to see what it is the playlist it's blank. :(
It's like the list locks up, but the music still...
:concern: i know it. he seems pretty cool.
Probably it would be best to write to some of the others while i'm waiting...
i've been meaning to write to Frank Oz. golly, i don't know what to say.
 i want to spare him a 12 page letter, so i'm trying to merge my thoughts down to...
Well the first thing that popped in my head was 'Muppies'.
hee hee...my bro called the Muppets, the 'Muffets' when he was three yrs old.
Then can do something with Henson.
Like Henson-Heads or something.
Or go by everyone's fave muppet perfomer. like 'Ozettes' or 'Ozzies'...
:smirk: okay, when I was in 6th grade so many thought that I was like 17. Then when I got to High School, I was telling someone that was a freshman and they said, "oh wow, you're a college freshman? I thought you were older than that."
I tell ya, some people.
Hee hee...anyhoo many...
gee by golly jiminy crickets, i guess i wasn't being very creative or original went i rushed to put a screen name down, i s'pose that i was a really excited about joining and had Guy Smiley on the brain.
*sniff* i wish that i'd put something more eccentric, but oh well, Guy Smiley Rules! Guy...
WiGgY
D'OH!
Good gravy, it's hard to tell from a recordin' ya know...they kinda sound alike. hee hee... :o
Thanks a million!
And I certainly agree that Sesame street had a good run.
But that doesn't mean that they sound stop running it. :sympathy:
