That second picture looks much better than the first one! I still like the old design's cartoonier eyes, but the new one's growing on me. My favorite design has to be the pale girl with the glasses. What's her name?

I'm planning on making a puppet version of the Elephant-Bird (aka Morton) from Horton Hatches the Egg. The one problem I have is...I have no idea where to start!:eek: I was thinking about sculpting foam to make it, but I have no idea how to go about that. We have two Project Puppet patterns...
