I think fanfiction.net is really overly sensitive anyway... I lately noticed, there are very few to none negative reviews on that site, which I think is strange. Because most of the writing on there really isn't that good. I would want to know what people think of my work so I can improve...

I think you need different kinds of jokes to have a good script. It makes it more layered. Not everyone has to get every single joke.
