I'm interested in knowing a few things about the production that I didn't get from the website.
1) Is this an educational or entertainment production. I can see that it's both but was more interested in the thrust and purpose of the project.
2) Are these videos that average Joes like...
Forgive me for not knowing what they were called, but my favorite was that guy who hit the little round fuzzy muppets with the hammer. Was it a Muppaphone (like xylophone?)
They sang "Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow!" My co-worker said he saw that right after he had his appendix removed or something...
I'm not a toy collector. Toy Story 2 spoke it all for me in that respects. I buy the toys I like, leave the ones I hate, and my wallet suffers a little less. I take them out of the package immediately and let kids play with them (with some warning)
But I thought that part of the joy of...
Hey I remember Classic Theatre,
The most memorable part was that weasel looking creature in the Rumpelstiltsken episode singing, "Gotta get that name, gotta get that name!"
I love him in that. But I never got HIS name.
Markus
Hey, I need the help of some muppet-aholics.
I'm decorating the children's sanctuary of my church, I'm the kids pastor at my church. I had to go to one of those board meeting things to get approval for my project.
What I told them was that I wanted to decorate the kids church so it...
I always feel like I'm at a disadvantage when the discussion is about Muppets Tonight. *mild self pity party* Do you know I only saw one episode even though I was continually looking for the show? I was a ready made show but could never figure out the time slot that MT was in.
So when you...
I've got to say, and this is as good a place as any. But I would never be able to guess if Byron was really mad because he uses the  smiley so often when he's not mad.
Anyway Byron, if you can't arrange not to go to Switzerland in the near future, maybe we could make plans not to go in...
I won't exist until 2004, but hopefullly when I do, I want to be an antique car. I had no idea if we had our own quarter so I had to look up www.michiganstatequarter.com on the net. There are five designs there.
Do they do this kind of thing with the Euro? I felt sorry for all those...
Now, back up there little soldier, er tall skinny soldier. I said from the beginning I was still your friend. I just don't like your movie. It's important to separate the two. Let me diagram that for you.
Byron................{rather large chasm}...................Neverending Story movie...
Very well, Citizen JAMM,
Scratch my name off your list of friends, if you will. But remember that having a super hero as a buddy, is a privilege few share. :o
So if you fall three stories and break your legs, don't come.. er.. running to me.
Now hold on a second.
ZtW told Cindy he was going to collage. :D I like to cut out old magazine pictures and combine them in humorous ways just like the next person. But I really think you need to be more forward thinking in your decisions here, Zack. After all it is your future...
I don't remember those episodes at all. Maybe I stopped watching before those were on. Of course, that's probably why the show got cancelled, because people stopped watching.
Sorry Byron. You're my friend and everything but gee-monee... Granted, it's been years and years since I've seen it, and I'm trying to recall (what I spent that time trying to block out) how that movie worked.
I liked the flying dog, though he never looked real at all, even at...
Or here's another thought. Maybe they should try sequels for bad movies.
For example, the first season of Star Trek TNG was terrible IMNSHO, but as the characters developed, the show got better, and it really rocked after a while.
Well, I think. I only became a fan after syndication...
There's some kind of weird irony. The Neverending Story should not have a sequel. Frankly, I only saw the first one, and I thought it would er.. never end.
But I would have to say the ultimate 'never... ending... story..." (to get my context right, you would have to beat your head against...
Are you serious? The sneeze scared you but the Egyptian thing didn't? I never perceived the nose as scary at all.
I thought the real terrifying part of SS was when they showed the inner-city kids running around without their parents IN THE CITY! They're surrounded by strangers with eerie...
Hey,
That Egyptian one scared the ba-jeebers out of me too. I totally forgot about that one. What was it? A sarcophogus that looked like Bert and talked at the end, right?
But I remember the creepy feeling I got from watching it. I want to say thanks for the memory Vendaface, but I'm...
I would like a Swedish Chef cooking show. One of those, "this week I'm traveling to China to cook Chinese food" type of programs. Every day would be a new location and he would interact with the poor muppet citizens and celebrities.
He would probably need a supporting role person to narrate...
