Mrs Moppet Senior: *raps hard on the MopFam door, putting her fist through it* Parker? Your Mummy's here to see you.
Father: *eyes widen*
Mrs Moppet Senior: *said with an evil innocence* How are you holding up, dear? I heard your wife was missing again.
(OOC: This is season 4....that...
(OOC: Perfect.)
Father: *drags sofa so that it hides the kitchen door and mess from view and sits in front of it* So...anything on tv these days?
*cut to a commercial for MopFam Season 2*
I see where you are coming from, Christy. But that shouldn't be an Appreciation thread, as such. You could start a 'News from Mother' thread to keep us updated, and no one would risk being offended.
*sorry for double posting...but this thing sunk faster than a potted plant in a swimming pool!*
Father: *stood in the middle of the kitchen...staring around at the amassed mess...a blackened fridge...broken table...dribbling paint...shattered light bulb...crumbled ceiling...and at the people...
Ooh, I havn't read Patricia's Jack the Ripper story, although I have read most of her fiction books. Have you read those? I finished one just a few days ago.
Yikes! Sounds frightening!
Yesterday, at work, we someone left a pan of butter on the heat and it turned completly black and smoked so much that the burningly loud fire-alarm errupted over the entire hotel! We had to grab the pan off and then run around telling everyone there was no fire...

The dog does have a Sprocket like appearence, but the other puppets don't seem to have the usual JHC style -- not that everything has to look like a Muppet.
It's a pity there are no video clips on the website, only audio from the show.
What are fmaing marshmellows without cherries and peanut butter? *loads them into a pea-shooter-style-gun* Bonziiii! Pfft pfft pfft!
Bea:zany:{Try saying Pfft with a marshmellow in your mouth...}regard
Most of the Kermit/Piggy clips here were taken from Never Before. The wedding car scene is from the very end of the scene before it disolves into a pink heart.
The one thing that I worry about the most when it comes to The Muppets and Disney is that Winnie the Pooh was once an intellectual, clever, aimed-at-adults as well as children property with good jokes, clever wit, and heart-felt stories...and now it's, well, Disney's Winnie The Pooh. I don't...
I just found this mix of Muppets and Coldplay on YouTube. Someone has cut clips of the Muppets together beautifully to a Coldplay song, and even worked to get the lip synch close to right. Not sure who created it, but it's great.
I always loved the explosions myself. I was creeped out when the Monsters are stuff, as a kid. And then when I grew up I found the eatings distracted from thw show because I was thinking, "Hmm...how did they puppet that?".
Explosions, however, are such an important part of the Muppets.
