There was already a thread about this. I'm not sure if you saw it.
I read somewhere that the first set only had one episode thta was not shown on Noggin. Does anybody know if the upcomming set will have more non-Noggin episodes?
What was that "My favorite Sesame Street moment" about? I think that some of them were disapointing to me, mainly just ones where the celebrities favorite moments were ones that helped their kids out with stuff, such as one celebrity whose favorite moment was a scene where a cartoon character...
Wouldn't it be cool if more beans were made? What characters would you have liked to have seen made?
Here is who I would have had made, in addition to those who were made:
Biff
Sully
Hoots the Owl
Simon Soundman
Don Music
Roxy Marie
Forgetful Jones
Kingston Livingston III...
For those who didn't get the refference, episode two was a refference to a game show from the early 1960s called You're in the Picture. It was hosted by Jackie Gleason, and involved the contestants putting their heads inside actual paintings and having to guess what paintings they were in...
Ever since the format of Sesame Street changed in 2002, there have been new Sesame Street videos and DVDs featuring the street stories, often with multiple street stories included.
If you could be in charge of these releases, what would you include?
Here are some ideas I have...
The game is very hard. I have beaten one world, though (the one where you rescue Sam the Eagle). At least you can choose which world you play, instead of polaying straight through and having to wait to get to another level.
Here is an idea for a Sesame Street album: all of the songs could be ones not sung by Muppets or cast members. I don't know what a good title would be, or if it would sell, but here is a list of possible contents:
1. We're Talking 'Bout the Number One
2. Everybody Sleeps
3. Don't Waste...
Announcer: And now it's time for everybody's favorite game show, Beat the Time. And here is our host, Guy Smiley!
Guy Smiley: Thank you, thank you. This is Beat the Time,e verybody's favorite game show. And here is our first contestant, Miss Zoe Monster!
(Music plays as Zoe enters)
Zoe...
I missed the street story and saw the rest of the episode, and I thought that it was a new episode (in fact, I don't think the Spanish Word of the Day was included. Was this edited from the episode, or did I just miss it?). I saw at least three classic skits in the episode (Name That Food, Do De...
That's interesting. I read at Muppet Wiki that Get Along was inspired by Get a Job. Both songs sound different. Then again, quite a few parody songs on Sesame Street sound different from the original songs (for example, while the title Honk Around the Clock sounds like a parody of Rock Around...
I have recently written a "The Best of The Count" fan fiction story at Muppet Central. You might want to read it. I also wrote a fan fiction close to a year ago called The Best of Herry Monster. There should also be The Best of Oscar the Grouch. That'd be cool.
I don't know if it's still in print, but every once in awhile I do find copies at my local Walmarts. I don't know if your local Walmart would have one, but you might want to check there.
I thought about using that skit, but didn't I couldn't decide if I should hav ehad both parts run togetehr or if I should have put in some sort of break between them, like having a new scene and then sow part 2.
Somehow, I have a feeling that if Sesame Workshop were to reelase this video...
It sounds to me like you are talking about the 1971 album The Muppet Alphabet Album. I am not sure what company originally released it, but Sony Wonder later re-released it under the title Sing the Alphabet. It is very classic quality, with various dialogue between songs and skits. It features...
Episode 2
Guy Smiley: Hello, everybody. I am you favorite game show host, Guy Smiley, and this is not your favorite game show. Now, yesterday, I hosted a terrible game show called The Impossible Challenge. And it stunk. We had to see if my contestant could go thirty seconds without eating a...
