I though the coding was because of the different electricity whatchacallits. Like how you need an adapter to make american appliances work in europe, but it doesn't work with clocks.

Nice custom, but although you are allowed to make custums from Palisades figures, it is illegal to sell them.

Of course I love the Palisades figures. I don't have very many, but my fave at the moment is Tux Gonzo. And I love getting the Muppet Show on DVD!
