I really think the whole deal with the puppets was that they weren't supposed to be quality puppets or puppeteers. It played into the whole context of the show, which was poking fun and lampooning the very shows so many of us are fond of. i.e. Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, Captain Kangaroo...

Since I was here, and to save Ken time I'll answer the one part of the question I know. Sweetums will most likely come with the Theater Playset. Robin will most likely come with him as well. As for the Dr. Teeth question. I'm not sure.

Nah, its not that hard or time consuming at all, you just have to know how to do it. THe tighter you crame them in, the harder it gets to pull one out. It's simple. You can do the same thing with stuffed animals when you move. To keep them from getting out of shape, clothes wrinkling etc...

Also another side note, oftentimes the corners are best to start getting plush.
