Todd is the ultimate enigma: most people know "Bang the Drum" but don't know it was him, most people know "Hello It's Me" from "That '70s Show" or from being old and as you said, he had a hand in a bunch of landmark LPs and singles for groups such as Meat Loaf (he underwrote the entire album)...
