I have to admit, many of the more recent videogames have focussed more on superior graphics than on creative gameplay. This might be why we kept getting four or five different vertions of the same basic 3d platform game each year.
I'm not trying to dump on the 80s. I'm just saying that before you go praising everything that was good about it, you need to admit there were many things wrong about it.

As much as I like people expressing there opinion on the net, I don't think we need to turn this tread into anouther "Gonzo is/is not an alien" argument.
Before we continue, I think we need to look at a few of the things about the 80s that should never have been.

Dispite school, having to share the same internet line with my sister and lack of intellagent things to say most of the time, I've made to senior statis. I have people to thank, but I'll get around to that later. Time to see if this washroom really was worth the wait.

Once again, people fail to see the difference between nerd and geek.
A nerd is someone who is well educated in the type of stuff they accually teach you in school. (histery, mathmatics, science, crap like that)
A geek is someone who has a large nollage of usless pop culture trivia.
