I don't know if many of you would know the answer to this, but I've just got to ask in case. When movies or TV shows or whatever have alternate endings shot, and it was always intended to include multiple endings (and not a change due to test screenings like "Little Shop of Horrors"), do the...
I wonder if the inclusion of a seal named Wolfgang was a coincidence or not. Depending on whether it was the writer or artist who chose to include him, I know that Amy Mebberson is more of a fan of Jim Henson and not much a fan of post-Henson characters, and I think Wolfgang was introduced after...
The first I heard about Skeeter not being referred to by name was in a Tough Pigs post, and then when it was asked in a Tough Pigs interview. I wonder, if Ryan at Tough Pigs hadn't picked up on that and asked about it in the interview, I wonder if the majority of us would have noticed that she...
Well it looks like this new Super-Grover won't permaneantly replace classic Super-Grover; sesamestreet.org uploaded a song planned for season 41, What I Am, which features a cameo by Grover in classic Super-Grover form...
I have been thinking about this recently, before this thread was started. I wonder if they would have created an adult Skeeter if there was a regular live action Muppet series at the time of Muppet Babies. We didn't get a new full-length movie until after Muppet Babies ended (and after Richard...
I must say, my favorite parts of the exhibet are the "People in Your Neighborhood" section, the baker display (it almost looks like an an honorary Palisades Toys figure and playset), the section on monsters who originated on The Ed Sullivan Show, the storyboards (I don't ever remember seeing...
If this exhibet is successful enough, you should try to see if you can do a similar Muppet exhibet!
But I do have some nitpicky comments:
There's one section with four pictures, two on top and two underneath. There's no good enough pictures of this section yet, but it seems to showcase...
At the end of the Sesame Street News sketch where Kermit interviews Cookie Monster on his first day of school, the teacher mistakes Kermit for a student, but he must not have noticed the camera crew in the classroom (and Kermit did speak to an off-camera crew member at the beginning).
It seems like in the past few weeks the website has only added one clip a week, but they've been stuff that had already been on the site (as far as I know there aren't duplicates of the sketches, and they don't seem to have anything less or extra). The last three weeks the "recently added"...
Congraduations on the new YouTube channel.
I don't know if you ever intend to post existing Muppet clips on YouTube, but if you do (and you have the productions) I'd like to request Muppet scenes from Here Come the Puppets (especially the finale), the promo for the 1985 Muppet video...
The Jim Henson Records page at Muppet Wiki has a bit of information regarding the deal with BMG Kidz! Apparrently they weren't promoted well enough, and BMG decided to get out of releasing kids albums before their contract with Henson expired.
It probably won't happen, but I have thought about the fact that Universal also owns the rights to Sam and Friends. I wonder if they'll put some episodes as a bonus.
I remember that when it was available I only saw a copy once, when I was on vacation at Walt Disney World (at the gift shop near Muppet Vision 3D). Can't remember if it was cassetes, CDs, or both. But otherwise this and the Muppet Babies: Rocket to the Stars albums were the only wide (I.E...
