well....maybe not that species....especially if you make it bounce too much....hmmm.....well....you could research diffrent species I guess

What if you have the your puppet Faze wear a floatation device....like a inner tube.....and you keep the puppets bottom above the water and your arm is still hidden. And its sorta funny to have floaties in a hot tub!
Congrats!
lol....yes...I found it interesting that rabbit pelts are cheaper to buy than faux fur...but I guess its because faux fur is manufactured.....and rabbits reproduce quickly....but I don't know for sure.
Thanks, for the furring I plan to put foam on the fiberglass first to build it up to give the fur shape and to look more like a husky. I am going to use contact cement to put the fur on. I'm going to do it the same way if not similar as I did the furring for the donkey head I made. You can see...
Whoa!....That's Cool!
I Love his mouth and eyes! So Creative.
I was thinking of having my Puppetry Club make a deal with the Robotics Club at my school and we could possibly build something a third as creative as that
Yea, there are definetly some points that I need to smooth out parts under the chin and such. I have been playing around with rubbing the alcohol on, but this is my first sculpture and I didn't know what to do after I rubbed it into the clay. The neat think about having the understructure be...
Ok, here are some pictures of my dog sculpture. I used Roma Plastilina #4 and for the eyes I used taxidermy boar eyes. I purchased them from Van Dykes Taxidermy, I also bought a jaw set cuz I don't want to make a jaw and teeth myself and the nose is a fake coyote nose.

No offense....and I know you're not consciously doing it.....but I think you're almost ruining the art.....or at least undermining it. Puppetry is not about "Great Deals" on your characters or materials you are able to get. Especially for custom puppets. And you're insulting the work of...
Thanks Giar & Doogles!
I plan on taking my Husky Sculpture pictures either today (Thursday) or this weekend....the project is a secret and I want to suprise my family with it.
Hi all,
I started creating my website a month ago, and I wanted it to be Perfect before I showed you guys.
http://www.thirdfloorpuppets.com/
Its near perfect....eventually I want to hyperlink names and websites, set up a store, add another gallery that has movies. However I do have my...
That's Neat, I've not heard of the play either....but it sounds interesting
Tomarrow and Wenesday my school is having auditions for Little Shop of Horrors....So, that will be fun. I can't wait to find out who the voice of Audrey II is going to be.
I'm going to puppeteer the plant though...so...
Wow! Those Puppets Are Huge!....sheesh, but very nice though....they move so smoothly....and realistically....sorry to hear that the actual show wasn't that great/fun....but it's good to hear Karen Prell is in it!
Well, at my Highschool I started a Puppetry Club....you could do the same I guess to start your troupe up. I have 23 people in the Club and we've only had one year so far.
