For the eye bags I sewed two piece of the green felt together in an off shaped circle and then folded them over and sewed them together. I used some goop glue on the bottom of his eye to hold it on and then sewed the lid to the bags.

Hey Rose, thanks for the comments :) the reason I am not on Deviant is I just don't agree with there terms, plus I was hoping to share my Muppet love specifically with the Muppet loving community. So hence they are here. :) again thanks very much for the nice comment.
