    Your Thoughts: Forum Ads

I agree. The one at the top is sorta annoying. It takes up a lot of room and sort of throws me off. The radio ad is much thinner and I feel it would be a better placement at the top. Whenever the larger ad was at the bottom I liked that more. But I also did think the ads after every 7 posts...

    constructing a portfolio

Again, I'm tacking onto a thread but I'm re-building my portfolio for college apps I have to send in and I was wondering how many pages should be devoted to one project? Should I not go over 2? Should I combine pictures on a page? And basic text, that's just like captions correct? Should a...

I thought I would tack onto this thread. I am in need of a shoe pattern. Like a tennis shoe or something sporty or converse looking. I know shoes are usually sculpted & molded, but I don't have the facilities for that. Anyone have any cool links?

Movable mouth puppet with road and pipe

Here is what I do. This way there isn't a string going through the mouth. http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g273/pcep-puppets/P1011939.jpg http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g273/pcep-puppets/P1011938.jpg Basically the spring keeps the mouth closed because of this looped wire. Rit-Dyeing Foam Questions!

I usually just run the warm water in the sink for awhile then fill up a bucket. For your gonzo nose I would suggest dying it a blue base color, then air brushing the lighter blue on later. The same with the eyelids. Dye the yellow base then airbrush the green on.

    My 2-D/Stop Motion Hybrid

So, I just finished working on this project for my 5th hour (short story). It's an animated short about the Greek myth of Zeus and Io. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYSLxr6-TNA It's really a form of limited animation, but this was my first time animating lipsync, and it was just like...
