Episode 666 on volume 2 has the E segment, and when looking at the Muppet Wiki pages for the episodes on volume 3 I saw that the D segment is in one of the episodes (can't remember which one).
The features list did mention "extra clips", as well as mentioning inclusion of the "Goodbye, Mr. Hooper" clip.
When the first two were announced the press releases mentioned a number of bonus clips included (even if the first one ended up having more than was announced). I would have liked...
Wow, that's a great cover image. I wasn't expecting them to include a few still images on this cover, but it's still good. Glad to see Kermit on the cover, and I guess this confirms that the clip with the adults explaining Mr. Hooper's death to Big Bird will be included. The only change I would...

I overslept and missed the street story. The Amazing Voice segment was very funny. It feels very similar to the American I segment.
It's weird that they already repeated an Elmo the Musical segment during its first week. I know there's only ten so far, but they should at least show five...

Something I hadn't realised before, but after looking at some of the contents from Muppet Wiki, it looks like Making Friends will be the first video release of ANY version of Somebody Come and Play. Interesting how no versions of this song have been included on any past video releases.
I liked that scene a lot better as a kid than I do as an adult. But as an adult I enjoy "The First Time It Happens" and the water ballet a lot more than I did as a kid.
This was a great episode. I really liked how Elmo went from being a bad loser to being a bad winner, and saw it coming before it happened. The Flying Fairy School segment was great, with Super-Fairy being so egotistical (almost like a female Darkwing Duck). The Bert and Ernie's Great Adventures...
Oops, I checked Muppet Wiki and it's actually episode 4301. Don't know why I thought it was 4334, but I thought I'd "known" that for a few weeks. But it is cool that the 43rd season is one digit off from starting the 4300 episode numbers.
There's a trailer for Making Friends online:
None of the clips in the trailer look like must-haves to me (Because We're Friends would if it hadn't just recently been released on the "Best of Friends" DVD), but the linking footage looks great to me.
I didn't know there was a promo for the My Sesame Street Home Video series. And seeing that this promo comes from the end of the "Put Down the Duckie" release and includes some clips from The Best of Elmo it must be from near the end of Random House's contract, so it must not have been in very...
I don't think there'd be enough disc space to include the whole trips (unless they include just the street scenes).
There's good and bad news here: The good news is that two of the episodes won't be sponsored by 2 (they'll be sponsored by 8 and 12), the bad news is that at least one of these...
Well, with Weird Al having come out with so many great songs over the course of three (and going into four) decades combined with him still being more-or-less relevant and with me being such a big fan I just had to divide the categories into two. Besides, I have broken other things into seperate...
I didn't think today's Elmo the Musical was too great. It's just one episode so far, maybe it'll get better later on, but it feels more like a typical kids show (like Blues Clues or Dora the Explorer). I like Velvet the curtain, and actually most of the CGI was impressive here. But so far this...
I now present the top ten best non-"Weird Al" Yankovic songs from each decade, 1960s-2000s (I wanted to list the top ten 1950s songs, but I learned that a number of songs that I thought originated in the '50s are actually from the '60s, I might have to do some research before listing the top ten...
