I think with the Disney acquisition, eventually they will release episodes on DVD. If not complete seasons then a few episodes per DVD. They will probably do this after they re-introduce the franchise. As someone else said, 80s properties are making a big comeback and Muppet Babies certainly...

The Dark Knight Returns and The Killing Joke, both graphic novels, are two that are mentioned quite a bit.

I agree about Batman being a great myth. He is one of the few superheroes that is at least halfway believeable in terms that some of the things he does could be done if you had the right gadgets. That being said, I don't think we've seen a perfect Batman film yet.

A day later, it looks like HIT might eventually release the Fraggle stuff.

I agree with you that it would be extreme, but you never know. At least the Fraggles and the other family brands will be more focused on.

As long as the Batmobile is a not a focal part of the movie, and this movie has a decent script then I can live with it.

I am hopeful that this will mean Fraggle Rock will at the very least become syndicated again in re-runs. Also, just wondering will Disney have to edit the Sesame Street characters out of the Muppet movies.

The Disney acquisition has positives and negatives, but it has a lot more positives than the EMTV acquisition ever did.

I agree, I don't know what was wrong with the Batmobile from the original Tim Burton movie or designing one like the Batmobile in Batman: The Animated Series.

I don't have a copy of it, but I do think we will eventually see the Muppet Movie Ride or some similar attraction.
