Is there EVEN a copy available around here period? Because its a truely mysterious special...

Hey ya'll. What do you guys think of the late 80's special "The Christmas Toy." It's definantley different than any other Muppet Christmas special I have seen, but anyways, just want to hear your thoughts about this special.

No David, there was never a release of MFC in a soundtrack. That wouldve been kind of nice to have though. Hope it helps!

I love the Muppet version, but I also love the Randy Newman version. But anyways, the song was also sung by Bobby Short and some other weird unfamous people. haha. But yea, its a great song. They also sang it in Jim's funeral, very touching watching Frank and Richard singing it.

"The Blues Brothers" is one of my favorite movies, from the fried chickens and a coke, to the Frank Oz cameo/ reference, to the amazing car crashes, to the music, to EVERYTHING, its seriously one of my favorite movies of all time.

Okay, so the other day in english, we were rapping up our graphic novel Percepolis and my teacher was talking about how she got all these new graphic novels, and she pulled out the Labyrinth one. I just laughed.

Wooohooo! Wonderful job! I seriously wanna see this movie now. Again, great job.

Woooow. I just finished this, its truelly great. It really made me mushy gushy, ((haha)) but its truelly wonderful little book.

I totally agree speed tracer, I also love the fact that they will use minimum CGI, how wonderful is that. Now I am wanting my Fraggle movie.... *sniff* :smirk:

Ahh, I am totally with you Ruahnna, I for one love almost everything about that movie, (some others dont though) but its a truely great film. I am currently watching my copy of John Denver Christmas Together right now... ahhh the holidays with muppets just make my day. :zany:

Wow. This seems rather interesting. I somehow think that the musical guests could somehow work, but hopefully they dont overload with cameos and not focus on the Fraggles. Overall, seems really exciting, and since Brian is directing, I have some more hope, he did such a great job with MCC and...
