I completely agree, I try to watch MWoO on DVD, but I just am like "meh..." about it, and just stop it. Ashanti doesn't mix well with the muppets, she acts like a babysitter rather than Dorothy.
Woawoawoah. That's a very awesome idea, here's to hoping this becomes a new show!! Very smart clever, and fresh idea. Fozzie writing for "Moesha," who knew?
Also, welcome to the boards SarahonBway!
I agree with everybody, less is happening, more should be happening, and that upsets me dearly. If the Muppets were to go back to JHC, would I think they would do more? Yes. BUT, is JHC as financially capable to produce something brilliant? Not really. I would love Disney to at least show TMS on...
Nope it IS the Jason Alexander episode... "Bats!" (whoo one bizzare closing number)
Also, always trust Muppet Wiki, that is the best source for muppet information. :)
Yes, I certainly like the Elvises, funny characters, they kind of overused them on MT, but still, great characters.
Also I was scared of Gonzo as Rumplestilsken. :o
Ok, the one guy does sound like Jim, BUT the puppets themselves don't look muppety too me, looking at other commercials during that time period, the puppet styles are different, it almosts looks as if its a plush puppet, maybe it was inspired by Jim's commercials, because they were probablly...
Ugh Pat, the specific intros weren't made for the Time Life video series, they were originally made during the airing of TMS reruns on the "Odyssey Channel"
Welcome Katie (hugs)
Here have some M&M's!!
Anyways, nah I wont let it get through my head, trust me. I'm not like that, and I dont like getting too much attention, its overwhelming. lol.
Yaayy! Katies here.
((Does a little dance))
They are very hillarious, very accurate spoof from Sesame Street, The Count also appeared in one sketch, the one with Ernie, Kermit, and The Count are the only three known so far, but they probablly made more.
