On top of this, earlier today i found a Wembly pvc with a musical note in his hand, and Gobo (non car) from Mc Donalds, at a Savers...
This is confusing to me. Are you saying that in order to get an Associate's Degree, or even a Master's Degree in the class... you have to already have an Associate's Degree?
How does this work?
Unless you're saying that you have to go to school as a full time student, looking to get an...
Remember to speak clearly and articulate. Speak from the diafram.
As i mentioned, make sure there is no light coming from behind you. Make a wall behind you to block light and direct and lingering sound to the audience.
Good Luck
If you're doing this live, with microphones, i suggest possibly putting foam or thick fabrics like felt, on the wall facing you. Walls tend to bounce off sound, and if the mic is picking up both, you'll have an audience saying, "what did he say?". I'd also vote against a wall if you're not...
Interesting fact that most of you may not be aware of. Sesame Street, though used to help teach children, have MANY learning products for children to play with. However, are only used for children in their own home.
I worked at a children's shelter for years, and i worked along side a head...
Well, i suggest not doing multiple characters per scene if you're having trouble making them sound different. If they're a little different, then thats fine too.
I find that playing around with a character is the BEST way to come up with a character. The voice usually comes with playing...
Well once again, congrats on picking up a new hobby and finding new talent.
I used that fur before, thats how i knew it was a Joannes... But i Used blue. So yes i know how much fun it is to clean your house up and down and still manage to find fur 4 months later.
When i first started...
BoxGhost... you're not messing around! Thats really great work.. and i'm really not just saying that.
Have you been building puppets for awhile? When you said you're new to sewing i wasn't expecting them to turn out THAT good. Their not perfect, but alot better then alot of puppets i've...
Well, i'll think twice before making an order... I've never ordered before... but i did notice they carried antron fleece. I did plan on buying some when i needed to... but thanks for the heads up
:eek:Thats some talent you have there. Is that the glorified sock pattern? And is there foam in there?
I've heard of the sock pattern... but i didnt know that they have a pattern for the foam that goes inside... do they?
Thats actually a very easy way to go about making his head.
The project sounds awsome! But i have some advice. Try building other characters of your own, before attempting to make a replica.
I only suggest that because i was there once... and became horrified and scared. I KNOW i can...
Are you talking about the boa itelf being long or the feathers on the boa? i meant the feathers or are they called plumes? I'm sorry for not being specific.
I found the feathers/plumes on the boa to be really short for a character like animal or wembly. BUT if you're looking for the short...
Check ebay for the 1970's (i think) Rowlf puppet. I'm sure no matter what the price they're asking for is, it will be cheaper then having someone make you one. :sympathy:
JUST THROWING OUT SUGGESTIONS:
To frogboy or whom ever talks to the owner of Puppet-planet. Maybe someone can mention that someone is trying to contact them in regaurds to their order.
I'd hate to see someone getting a bad rep from only 1 costumer, and seeing many others feel that...
Agreed!... I've tried jo-Anns and michaels... but they have small boas... If you want the longer, or choose to adjust the size yourself... or maybe buy a single color... i'd go with Tonyhill.net.
