    wow! i did the same thing.. however i used a rain jacket instead of making one or buying a denium one. Really awsome. I made mine so that i could operate Oscar's head and arm, as well as operate Bruno's mouth. In this pic it doesn't look like you allowed for Bruno to talk. But yours...

    Egg Type Foam Nose

    thanks for the tips :) didnt think of either of those, however i did think of using styro-foam shaped eggs and cover with fabric. Then thought that would be to heavy so i was going to go with just fabric and stuffing.

    actually right now my issue is foam shaped noses. can't find much on those at all. also.. maybe a section with list of stores each state has that sell foam. obviusly if anyone in the state knows of any, we could send you the store's info so it can help out the next person who needs info

    i use cereal box cardboard. its thin and hard enough where you can't tell theres fingers operating the mouth. ALSO... i use felt on the inside to stop it from tearing away due to friction or sweat... mine haven't fallen apart yet

    as for FEATURE films... Elmo in Grouchland and Follow that bird are the only ones. However, like you listed... there are made for TV/DVD movies. Big Bird in China (i loved this as a kid n still do) Big Bird in Japan Cinderelmo Abby in Wonderland (really recent... made last summer)...

    Which SST DVD's are worth buying?

    like i mentioned before in this thread... learning about letters. Its a dvd remake of the pre 90s VHS tape. It was made from either a special in the 80s i believe... so yes, Kermit is on it. Its more for a child, however its classic SS... n technicly speaking, SS is for children lol

    thats really awesome! It kind of seems like the kids were limited to yellow skin with their creations. Which most likely restricted their imagination... unless the course was about making human puppets. But i dunno.. i wasn't there. But they all did a great job! I wish i had some of that...

    lol if you want to go the cheap route... Radio Shack sells a mic for $25... its wired... but you can rig your own head set and clip the mic onto it. Cheap and effective
