Did you see that newer episode with Stewie getting to meet Miley Cyrus? That episode sucked big time. That was awful beyond awful. I just wasn't impressed.
I mean I'm not a fan of Miley either (besides her voice over work in the movie Bolt) but geez to make an episode bashing her was just...
Yes I actually do remember hearing that a live action Johnny Bravo made was going to be made with the former Rock Dwayne Johnson playing the title role. I'm not sure what happened to it.
Anyhow, man am I looking forward to this DVD release. :)
There are a few animated shows on Mtv or were on Mtv that I find to be underratted. I think it has something to do with these shows airing on Mtv, which by that time and still to this day only teenage girls really watch it. I'm talking about 3 South and Clone High, I thought these shows are so...
What's going on? Disney used to be hardcore about bringing people or companies to court, whenever they felt something of there's was being rip off. I mean for pete's sake, this company force day care centers to remove their cartoon characters off the wall.
Whre are the companies' lawyers now...
Disney has a deal with Sesame Workshop that they can still use any past footage of Kermit on their show. I image that includes photos of him as well for books and whatnot. They can't use him in new books though, like say if they were to have someone draw Kermit in a new Elmo childrens' book...
I think you pretty much named all the ones that are really worth getting, especially with the Old School sets and 40 years of Sunny Days. Really if you only have those three I would say you have a good collection of Sesame Street, :), that's really all you need. The two movies would make sense...
Maybe you should of bought it, believe it or not, there are people who collect mislabeled items cause they would be consider more rare than regular ones.
I own a mislabel figure of M-O from Wall-E. It actually says on the Package EVE, when it's clearly M-O. Truth be told, even though I love...
That's pretty cool, I found that to be more proof Disney is in the right track with the Muppets.
But back to the video of the topic. I enjoyed it a lot. Poor Beaker,, I must say though.
Yeah I'll agree with that, but the bonus features are lacking big time, :sympathy:. I still love that this Muppet DVD got the treatment of an "O-sleeve" though.
I hope that too, good thinking if they treat Sesame Street PVC firgures like their Star Wars figures or even to some degree Marvel Legends, than that alone should put some smiles on us collectors' faces. PVC sets of those characters would be awesome, Telly should have more merchadise to him...
Well Fisher Price and it's parent company Mattel don't seem to be worrying too much over it. I actually find a news sagment on this story. According to that sagment, their Sesame Street line only made up 5% of it's total sales.
I'm guessing that we can expect some Sesame Street Mr. Potato...
Excatly, you pretty much took the words right out of my mouth. People sometimes don't seem to understand how complex Oscar the Grouch really is as a character. Some people label him as the "villain of Sesame Street" or the "meanie/bully" or whatever. That's not him at all, which is why I was a...
Kermit does still do a lot of that stuff, especially firting with female costars much to Miss Piggy's dismay. Didn't you seen the Pizza Hut commericals with Jessica Simpson, :) or even his cameo on Deal or No Deal. He also still gets annoyed every now and again with Fozzie and Piggy. I think...
I guess they really wanted a female Muppet who was really into sports and being active, which truthfully, none of the adult female muppets really fit that bill, that's just my guess though.
But yeh it makes sense that the Electric Mayhem band is older than Kermit and Piggy, like thier aging...
Sorry I just saw that you live in Australia, so shipping could be very pricey. You can still send me a PM, if you're willing to pay for shipping.
Course I have to say I doubt getting a Kermit plush would be that hard.
