Since the last time I posted, I'm not sure how many Muppet items I've bought, I'm sure tons, but here's a few off the top of my head...
Vinylmations of Statlor, Beaker and Zoot (thought those were all blind boxes, so I didn't know who I was getting til I opened the box)
Kermit Belt Buckle...
No, those aren't the same ones. I think you're talking about this one...
Which was actually made by WCW and I personally never owned, also I think it was Goldberg, not Stone Cold that was made, if memory serves me correctly.
I've been new to Vinylmation myself, but I'm already hooked. The very first vinylmation I bought was a Muppets series 2 blind box on ebay and I got Zoot , oh you can bet I was one happy fan boy. Since than I've gotten from Statlor and Beaker from Muppets 1, Phil (from Disney's Hercules)...
For me, it might have to be my Hulk Hogan wrestling buddy plush. I use to play with that for hours thinking I was going to be a wrestler someday.
.
I also had a big plush of Big Bird that I enjoy.
That's not a "downfall" at all in my opinion. It's gets people surpise, which is the point of a teaser trailer. It's aweseome. The Simpsons movie did that with there teaser trailer made it look like a new Superman movie and Scooby Doo did that to make it look like a new Batman movie. It's part...
I totally loved LOVED it.
That's the way a teaser suppose to be, at first I really did think the link took me to the wrong video, til I remember "oh wait, Amy Adams and Jason Segal are in the movie, :)".
Totally awesome.
My thoughts excatly.
Lola didn't even get a cameo of some sort for Looney Tunes: Back in action, :).
But yeah, I think Lola could be a stong female character in the right light and in my opinion the way she was recently shown on "The Looney Tunes Show" wasn't the right light. I agree Babs...
I enjoyed the show enough. But I must say I didn't care for what they did with Lola Bunny. Granted, Lola isn't a "classic Looney Tunes" character and was just added for "Space Jam." But in my view, making Lola an annoying "bubbly" somewhat "airheaded" character instead of the stonger and more...
The PJs: Season 1- This was an "early" father's day gift for my father. He loves that show, personally, I never cared for it very much.
South Park: Season 14- Now a show that I do enjoy, very much, I have all 14 seasons on DVD that have been released so far. Sadly the episode "201" is still...
Love that teaser poster. Good thing my aunt works at a movie theater, I'll be hitting her up for that (she also gave me a Tangled poster.) Actually I already told her that I want those Muppet posters, :).
If you've never seen it, Youtube has it on the offical adultswim channel. I would post the link myself, but since it's more "adult" type of show, I don't know how well it will be with the mods on MC.
DIsney's Tron: Legacey Blu-Ray/DVD combo-Haven't seen it yet actually, but it was on sale with...
Disney's Tron: Original classic on Blu-Ray/DVD combo- A classic, I really should upgrade to Blu-Ray soon.
Disney/Pixar's The Incredibles: Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital copy combo-Again, I really should...
As I stated in another thread, I didn't know I was nominated, how cool. Though that statement about the "wallet being bigger than the heart" is certainly not true, :).
That's one I don't think gets bought up enough when discussing the (from a commerical stand-point at least) failure of MFS. It had some really REALLY stiff competition at the box office including South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut, The Wild Wild West (with Will Smith, which was a god awful...
Whoa, that's cool. I honestly didn't even know I was nominated for anything. Guess I'm making more of a present here at MC than I thought, :insatiable:.
It's an honor just to be nominated and indeed I do spend quite a bit of money on Muppet merchandise, :).
Considering the success of Muppet Babies, my guess is that it would of been an animated spinoff of sorts. Plus during the 80s Jim Henson and Frank Oz were fairly busy with other projects, so I'm thinking Frank Welker would of done the voice of Kermit.
