You may want to check out Lone Wolf Tribe as well: http://www.lonewolftribe.com/ They start with regular upholstery foam in block form and accomplish very smooth and intricate carvings. If you are ever in the NY area, you can take one of their workshops and get an intro to the technique.

You can also join http://www.freesound.org/ for free and download what you need. They have some decent sounds that I've used in the past like static video, bells, wind, cat meow - all sorts of things.

That is so awesome Sean! I'm a Pee Wee fan as well and wish I could have made it to one of the LA shows. I hope we get to see some puppet images at some point. Hoping more that the show makes it to Broadway! ;)

As I see it from a graphic designer stand-point, the answer would be kinda yes and kinda no. I don't think you would be able to fill the color in Word. You could manipulate it in Adobe In-Design or Adobe Illustrator and then save it with a transparency [PNG or EPS] to use it in any web design or...
