I recently purchased this CD from Wal-Mart yesterday, and I have some questions about it.
1. I noticed the cover says that track #2 has two songs in one, Mahna Mahna and Lulabye from Birdland, yet I only heard Mahna Mahna. Why is that?
2. In track #5, was the song supposed to end with a...
It's almost every fan's wish that Kermit the Frog would return to Sesame Street, even if Disney wants to keep him separate from Sesame Street. After all, Kermit WAS the first Muppet of Sesame Street. We should start a petition to have our Kermy return to his lilypad where Big Bird has his nest.
There's only a week and a half left before the new season, when are they going to rerun Bert's Birthday episode again? I want to tape it before the new season airs.
Dr. Feel is expected to guest star on The Dr. Phil Show this Friday with Big Bird and Elmo. Dr. Phil will interview Dr. Feel, and Dr. Feel will interview Dr. Phil. Should be worth while!
In the Kermit's Swamp Years DVD, showing "Joe the Armadillo's" behind the scenes footage, the part where he was in the trailer and a muppeteer walked out of the bathroom to continue with his script, was that Bill Barretta?
Did you ever used to mispronounce a character's name because you couldn't talk well? I used to. For example...
Elmo, I would say "Momo"
Big Bird, I would say "Bee Bird"
Oscar the Grouch, I would say "Oscar de Gouch"
What about you?
As some of you may know, I am an editor at TV Tome, but what you may not know is that I'm the editor for "The Secret Life of Toys" guide. But I remember so little of the show, and I could use help, could someone give me a complete episode guide of the show? Much appreciated! :)
Picture #1: Susan and some kids building a snowman next to Oscar's can, where he's not happy about it.
Picture #2: Big Bird on the phone, with trashbags on his feet, with his nest area covered with snow.
Picture #3: Grover, Cookie Monster, Ernie, and Bert decorating a Christmas tree, with...
I thought I'd start this to see what different times Sesame Street came on around the country. I'll start, here's how we'll do it...
Time Zone

Station Name
WETP TV (East Tennessee Public TV)2/WKOP TV 15 (their the same, only 2 on cable, 15 on non-cable TV)

The green muppet who sang "Oh I'm Between", and was sandwiched between a fat blue monster, and a skinny green monster. The reason why I asked is because I wanted to make sure, he has kind of an Ernie with a soar throat voice.
I have a November 1998 issue of Sesame Street Magazine I recently purchased at my local Goodwill. The entire issue is about Sesame Street's 30th anniversary. Well, this is what's confusing me...if Sesame Street started in 1969, then wouldn't the 30th anniversary issue be November 1999?
I've always noticed, there's always at least two certain muppeteers who will have a lot of performances together, and no matter what the characters are! Here are some examples I've seen:
* Jim Henson and Frank Oz (in the olden days)
* David Rudman and Joey Mazzarino (they even have egos...
I didn't see much of it, and it had no sound (either that or it could've been my cable). Here's what I can make out of it so far...
1. Definetly 70's or early 80's
2. A Prairie Dawn play
3. Bert as a cupid
4. Telly as a clown (didn't even know he was around that long)
5. Bert yelling at...
I just now started to notice this...but how come, at the bottom of the forum page where the list of members who are currently viewing the forum, there's a + in front of certain names?
