Yes, one has to know just when and where to let Ernie let it all out... it's almost kind of like the snowman insert: "I don't want the snowman to be sad Bert... I don't want the snowman to be sad Bert..." *Grabs Bert and starts shaking him* "I don't want the snowman to be sad Bert!"
What's the deal with trailers and promos now using the executive producers to entice you to watch it?
Y'know, when they say, "From director So N. So", or "From producer This Person", or even, "From the people who brought you", yeah, okay, I can see that, that makes sense, but saying, "From...
THEN, we'll end up with:
Oogieloves 4: Hey, why can't WE be just like Shrek, and Ice Age, and all these other movie franchises they go on to do fourth movies that makes people scream and pull their hair out by the time they come out?
The Oogieloves Do America
The Oogieloves Go to Hollywood
The Oogieloves Go to Canada
The Oogieloves Go to Miami
The Oogieloves Go Next Door
The Oogieloves Go Across the Street
The Oogieloves Go Upstairs
The Oogieloves Go to ****
The Oogieloves... Again
Disney is the worst offender of this. And ironically, it seemed to start with The Muppets (2011)... unless they've been doing it before then and I just simply wasn't paying attention, but since then, their DVD releases of new movies are practically bare-bone, standard releases, while the Blu-ray...
The problem is mainstream Hollywood is already overpolluted with lowbrow comedy movies, they're a dime a dozen, they've BEEN old for YEARS now, even Jonah Hill is wanting to get out of that trap.
Uh, that's just about the problem with most sequel movies these days: the originals solve themselves, close all the doors, end the story completely, there's nothing that happens in them that warrant a sequel... they mostly just do sequels anymore to milk something for far more than what it's worth.
All franchises have this problem of using the exact same stock shots of characters to use for posters, banners, promotional items, etc... it's pure laziness, that's all it is.
How is it different from Jim using an indentical voice for Kermit and Ernie (likewise, Mean Floyd in The Muppet Musicians of Bremen has a warbly Ernie voice), or Frank using a similar voice for not only Bert and Fozzie, but practically all one-shot AMs and Whatnots? Or, even better: almost all...

I read two of the most hilarious Taylor Swift articles today:
1. Apparently, Taylor's NOW trying to hook up with, of all people, Michael J. Fox's son; HOWEVER, Michael's putting his foot down and telling her to just back off, and stay away from his son!
2...
For the past few days, I've been having issues with posting on the forum:
I'll click Post Reply, but nothing will happen (save for those three little loading bars continuing their cycle) for about a minute, then I'll receive an error message saying, "The server could not respond in time...
All that snow we had yesterday? It's STILL on the ground today! That's really odd, considering the sun returned yesterday, and usually, the snow does a good job of melting all the snow, no matter how cold it is.
:excited:
Naw, I was getting annoying little alerts whenever I tried to open the browser, or a new window regarding ssvcagent.exe.
Apparently, that's fixable by disabling the SSV Helper add-on.
