*Noticing an utter lack of musical numbers in this particular awards show, and feeling the need to steer things away from Geek-chat*
Bring on the dancing girls!!!
Man, now I have to actually start being creative, rather than just arranging them in front of some curtains!
This is cool, guys. I hope to see other entries as well as share my own when I get it done.
Just don't too many people enter. I'd actually like a chance at winning!
I agree, they are completely ruining the Disney Store. However, with the recent closure of all the similar WB stores, methinks that this particular style of store is not as profitable as it once was, or was expected to become. Maybe it's the over-proliferation of stores to make it too common...
I find it interesting that the overall hard-core Muppet fan opinion is "These are great but..."
- I can't afford them.
and/or
- I don't have room for them.
That's my feeling too. So who is the market for these busts? Hard-core collectors who sorta like Muppets? Rich Muppet fans with...
Is it too late to add some sort of pyrotechnics to the stage?
Oh, and I want Animal's drumset to spin around with 360 degrees of freedom. And I need a big inflatable Kermit head balloon that can float over the stage. There also needs to be some alien pods that each of the members of the...
Hopefully when the FAQ (hint hint, you slackers!) is released there'll be a place to find this information. However, at the moment, Ken and Palisades are no longer offering "in store" or "on shelf" dates since they are never correct and only serve to disappoint people when the dates are not...
Is the Frog Prince available? I found Hey Cinderella! on VHS, but have never seen the Frog Prince anywhere. It's not something I've attempted to do any deep research to find.
They did use weapons, but to destroy robot henchmen or beat on other mutant characters. The movie actually showed violence (although mostly cartoon) to humans which is a no-no in family films.
I too was originally upset in TMM when Sweetums gets left behind after being so excited to go to Hollywood with the others.
Sweetums is such a great character. I wish he were used more.
Huzzah for Sweetums!
Taking off my Ken hat, and turning into speculative mode:
I'm not certain that any of the former series 5 is still going to be intact at the moment. I think it's too early to have another Gonzo figure so that cancels him out. Rizzo has been bumped up, we know that. I think I remember...
(Taking my turn acting as Ken)
Other than Janice & the bus, nothing else is confirmed for series 5. Everything after series 4 is completely speculative at the moment. With the extension of the series into movie licenses, all bets are off on which figures will be in which series.
Ken has...
I completely remember the uproar over the first movie! I loved the first film. My friends and I went to see it half a dozen times in the first run theater (the first and only movie I did that for.)
Then when it came time to do the second film, they were no longer able to use the weapons...
I thought it was Spam or an e-mail message sent in error since there was not title or e-mail recipient listed. However, I opened it anyway and found that it was an e-mail from Palisades specifically with my name inside.
Just please assure me that Joan Rivers isn't outside criticising our outfits. If there's anyone I'd like to see lose a all-out street fight, she'd be it.
My personal opinion is that any time you trade with a stranger on the Internet, you are taking a risk. It's not that people out there are intentionally trying to rip you off. I've been guilty myself of having product to ship off and not being able to get around to it for weeks. It's difficult...
Most analysts agree that Eisner was directly responsible for saving Disney in the 80s. He was responsible for turning around their animation department and many other things.
However, he has lasted longer than almost if not all other CEOs of similarly large corporations. In most businesses...
